My elderly Mum had a bad fall in November 2025 and she has continued to recover really well and this is down to one person, Iren. Iren has been really encouraging and has explained all exercises Mum had to do. She is without doubt one of the kindest, caring people we have ever met and we cannot thank her enough for her efforts in not only getting Mum back on her feet again but also encouraging her to do so. She has literally changed Mum’s life for the better and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an absolute credit to your company and to her profession. Please tell her how very grateful are for all she has done. Beryl and Colin Yeoman

Ellen and Luke are amazing. I used them after my total knee replacement. Ellen did home visits for the first 3 weeks which was invaluable and then I saw Luke when I could go to the studio in Oxford. They are both very professional and Luke is very specialist in knee replacement recovery. I am well on the way to getting back to playing padel. Ellen also liaised with my surgeon and his team which really helped and ensured there was a smooth line of communication. All in all l felt I was in safe and professional hands throughout my recovery and would thoroughly recommend oxhab.

Had a perfect interaction with Oxhab. Went in with a shoulder mobility issue which had been causing issues for a while. Issue diagnosed, worked on and rehabbing work provided straight away. It has significantly improved and I'm very grateful to Luke and the Oxhab Team.

I was struggling to find a physiotherapist who did home visits for my step-mother, particularly one with expertise in dealing both with recovery after a fall and with underlying conditions -including Parkinson’s and problems with vision. Then I found wonderful Oxhab. I was impressed by the range of therapies on offer. They were very helpful, responsive and flexible and took care to understand my stepmum’s needs. My stepmother says that she very much appreciates her sessions with Luke: he is very pleasant and patient and she finds the exercises are cleverly designed, so as to be easy to remember: simple yet effective. Oxhab are also a great source of advice about other things/contacts that could help, and proactive in suggesting things too. Thanks to Ellen and Luke at Oxhab from both of us.

Ellen is a professional and extremely empathetic clinician who is sensitive to patients and family needs. Which in our case, was particularly supportive to my father and sisters whilst we cared for my mum at home in after a catastrophic illness. Her support and help during this time will for ever be appreciated by us all.

Ellen has been brilliant! I went to her shortly after diagnosis with MS and she really helped boost my confidence after a few falls. Her neuropilates focused on balance. Throughout all exercises were explained really well and I felt safe at all times. The exercises were gentle but effective. By offering zoom classes Ellen made it easy to access and really convenient.
