Manager was pressuring me to get happy ending made me very uncomfortable
I’ve been coming to this Thai massage place for over a year now, and I’ve always had wonderful experiences until my most recent visit last Saturday. I booked a Thai deep tissue massage, but the session was honestly very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable. From the beginning, the therapist kept rushing me, even while I was getting changed. During the massage, the pressure was extremely strong, so I kindly asked for it to be a little softer. She told me she couldn’t adjust it with her fingers and could only use her elbow, which was too hard for me. Instead of finding a middle ground, she switched to a more classic massage style that wasn’t what I booked. She also refused to do my feet unless I paid for an extra 30 minutes, even though every deep tissue massage I’ve had here previously always included foot massage as part of the session as it a full body massage. When I mentioned this, she seemed irritated and only did my feet for a rushed two minutes. She skipped the front upper body completely no shoulders, hands, or head massage, which are usually part of the treatment. She ended the session with 10 minutes still left and simply walked out, saying the massage was finished. I left feeling really upset because I genuinely didn’t receive the service I paid for, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. All my previous experiences at this place have been great, and the other therapists have always been wonderful. But this particular session was uncomfortable, rushed, and absolutely not worth the money. I’m honestly very disappointed and hope this feedback helps improve the quality and consistency of future sessions.
Very nice place and Jenny do very good massage 👍
I had massage with Patty very good, thank you very much🙏🙏🙏
I can recommend Paty, who really understands the body, can do strong pressure and is a very nice person.
This was my second visit, and while I already knew the massage would be relaxing, today was something else entirely. The atmosphere was, as always, warm and welcoming. I had a lovely massage. You really made me feel at ease for a session that was not only relaxing, but genuinely memorable. I left floating — and smiling. Thank you.
Wawa's deep tissue massage helped so much with muscle knots in my back I didn't even know I had. I felt sore for 2 days afterwards and then light as a feather. Having been to other massage places in Oxford before, I can confidently say that I will be returning my custom here exclusively.
The therapy was truly a game changer. I was looking for a good therapist who would not only understand me but also maintain professionalism and help me see different perspectives. I’m very glad for the excellent service provided
Ignore the few insulting and shameful comments above. I went to this understated massage clinic yesterday and received a thai deep tissue massage from Jenny. She was really friendly and the massage was amazing. I had aches in many places following an ultra hike in the days prior. After this massage my pain and tension are gone. I’d definitely go back
This is not the place for luxurious relaxation or a pampering spa experience. However, if you are looking for a good massage to relieve aches and pains, or to help with tight knots of muscle and a stiff back, I would strongly recommend the team here. The set up may be simple, but everything is clean and the staff are excellent at what they do.
