I saw Kate a week after dislocating my shoulder. Over the subsequent few months she managed to get me back to a full range of movement. Would highly recommend.
Best physio I’ve seen :) From rehab after a joint operation to general maintenance, Kate has quickly brought me back to full mobility again!
I had a persistent pain which impacted everyday tasks including walking. After the first 15 minutes, she was able to diagnose the issue and provided insight and implemented a recovery plan. I noticed an immediate change after the first session! After each in-person session, she also emailed the recovery plan ( with video links) so that the stretches could be replicated at home. After my final session, I can confidently say I am back to where I was before my injury! Not only is Kate an amazing physio who really knows her stuff, she is extremely warm and patient. I would recommend her 100%!
I have visited many medical professionals and alternative practitioners and I came to Kate with chronic back pain nobody else had been able to resolve. Thinking outside of the box, Kate holistic treatment went through manual manoeuvres, stretching exercises, sitting on special cushions and fascia release. Amazingly I finally got relief! Kate is professional, kind and a good listener. She tailors her solutions to individual needs. I strongly recommend her work.
Kate is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever seen! After undergoing shoulder surgery for a torn labrum, I was nervous about the intensive recovery process. Kate expertly guided me through all elements of shoulder recovery, including passive motion, active motion, stretching, massage, etc. She was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic throughout. I highly recommend Kate for anyone needing physio, whether post-surgical or otherwise.
I saw Kate for a persistent and nagging knee problem. After one session, (and two weeks of implementing my recovery plan) I'm 95% better, and feel I will soon be at 100%. Over the years I've seen many physio's for a variety of problems, and rate Kate as one of the very best.
After experiencing severe discomfort in my due to intense leg workouts and a bike accident that left my knees in discomfort, I sought help from Kate. She conducted a thorough assessment of my joints and devised a personalised recovery plan, including many exercises to activate my muscles and protect my knees. Kate also communicated with my coach to customise my training and provided ultrasound therapy in the following appointment. Her exceptional care and expertise greatly improved my knee strength and reduced pain. I highly recommend Kate to anyone seeking reliable physiotherapy.
I have never been much of a runner but started and instantly found I had a pain in my left leg. This turned out to be a fun case of plantar fasciitis. I had never seen a Physio before and was a little nervous. Kate put me at ease quickly and explained everything well. I followed the instructions and gradually got better to the point were I was able to work towards running my first half marathon! Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
I would highly recommend Kate. She's really thorough, with an eye for both the finer details but also the wider context. Weaving that together she gets right to the centre of whatever the problem is and quickly gets you back moving again. After just one treatment with her my pain was significantly improved and I was able to move again. Within a couple of days of seeing her I was then back to normal! She also left me armed with exercises and stretches I could do and nothing was too much trouble. She's personable and warm, but incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She will be my go to now for local, affordable, excellent care as and when I need it. Thank you Kate!
I went to Kate following a recommendation due to issues with my knee and back. I was so impressed with her approach. She took her time to understand me, how my body worked and functioned, methodically piecing the issues and the potential causes together. All with a friendly and genuinely interested manner, showing a real passion for her craft. She explained the issues she had identified, which all made complete sense in an easy-to-understand way. In terms of her approach to my rehabilitation, it was practical, targeted and manageable. Not only have the exercises aided improvements of the issues I was suffering from already, I have a genuine better understanding about how my body compensates for my postural issues, which has allowed me to be more conscious to address these in day to day. I would highly recommend Kate.
