Had a great experience with Get Me Pampered Mobile Massage Therapy Clinic. Very professional, relaxing Swedish massage, and excellent service at home. Highly recommended!
REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. Please avoid this company. I booked and paid £120 in advance for a two-hour massage. Thirty minutes before the appointment, they cancelled and attempted to rearrange for a later time, which I was unable to accommodate. Due to working offshore, rescheduling was not an option. I therefore requested a refund, as the cancellation was made by them, not me. They refused. Since October 2025, I have been going back and forth trying to resolve this. Despite explaining my circumstances multiple times, they have refused to issue a refund, stating that they “do not offer refunds.” They cancelled the booking and have still retained my £120. As a result, I have now reported the matter to Trading Standards as they are unwilling to refund.
Bit of an odd experience. First, the service was non-refundable (frustrating!). Second, it wasn't clear upon booking that this was a mobile service, which didn't suit our arrangements. Third, when the therapist arrived they bought someone else (their husband?) who asked if they could sit in our airbnb while the massage was taking place, which we were not comfortable with. Fourth, the massage was average and very overpriced at £100! Positives: I booked a pedicure initially but then changed this to a massage last-minute and the company were accommodating.
No one showed up for my appointment and they are refusing to return my money, quoting “No Refunds Ever” Policy, Very Concerning and ILLEGAL - Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund when a service is not delivered or missed by the provider. I booked a service with Get Me Pampered for 11:45am and took time off work to be available. No one showed up. Waited an hour and repeatedly called and emailed with no response. I then receive an email that someone was on their way- they weren't. Then I received a last-minute request to reschedule for 8:30pm, after I'd been waiting all afternoon for the confimed 11:45 am appointment. When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told they “do not ever do refunds” despite the fact that no service was provided at all. This is deeply worrying. A business that refuses refunds under any circumstances offers no guarantee of service delivery, quality, or professionalism. The only apparent guarantee is that they will take your money, regardless of whether the service happens. As mentioned before, Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund when a service is not delivered or missed by the provider. A blanket “no refunds” policy is not legal. Poor communication, zero accountability, and a complete disregard for customer rights. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking if you dont want your money taken from you with zero guarantees.
1/5 - Horrendous Experience, Feels Like a Scam Booked a mobile pedicure and manicure with Get Me Pampered via Booksy for £100. They confirmed the appointment for 8 PM, so I cancelled my work shift expecting someone to turn up. No one showed up. No call, no message, no explanation. I was left waiting all evening with zero communication from their end. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. For the price they charge, the bare minimum should be showing up or at least letting the customer know. Feels like a complete scam. I would strongly not recommend this service to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
Beautiful website and very affordable services.
