I needed physiotherapy for tennis elbow, called up Bodyset and was referred to George for my first appointment just a few hours later. He checked the diagnosis and designed a treatment programme to help me to build up strength and reduce the pain, taking into account the type of work I do and daily activities that I was finding difficult. In just 2 1/2 months I am pretty much pain free and have regained my strength in the affected arm. Aside from being an excellent practitioner, George was extremely sympathetic and encouraging throughout, with an understanding of how injury impacts on overall wellbeing and how other parts of life can affect recovery. I highly recommend!

I had 6 sessions for my knee pain with George and my experience was amazing! The pain significantly improved over my sessions. He integrated exercises that I was already doing in the gym so I could continue my routine but with slight changes to accommodate my knee pain. Super helpful, answered any question I had very thoroughly, overall couldn’t ask for a better service :)

I saw Nick over 5/6 sessions to help me recover from my long term sciatica and to help me get my confidence back in training. He was absolutely fantastic, listening to all of my concerns and set me up with a personalised strength and recovery routine that has had amazing results. Would highly recommend!!

From the moment you step in You feel welcomed, receptionists has a very positive sounding voice and good manners, always offers a drink. I have been seen by Alexia - she’s amazing , had about 10 sessions and enjoyed every single one of them. Had several issues and I am happy to walk away with none today. Recommend

I had a lower back injury and for 9 months used various chiropractors, palates and sports injury clinics but none offered a medium to long term pain relief (just immediate relief). As a last ditch attempt to try and get on top on my pain, I went to see Alexia (through insurance). She's patient, understanding and is obviously experienced in treating lower back pain injury. She set me attainable goals/exercises every week and very importantly reassured me when I was losing confidence in ever getting over this all consuming cloud over me (about half way through treatment). Over 10 sessions, I've finished treatment now and the difference with my back (and general health) is huge. My pain is a small proportion of what is was and I'm back running and doing all the physical things I used to do (largely without fear of prolonged pain). Thanks to everyone at Bodyset but specially Alexia. My advice to anybody in a similar position as me, long term persistence is key and keep the faith even with the setbacks. With the right help and guidance there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I saw Alexia for a sports injury and couldn't be happier with the results. From the first appointment, she really listened and took the time to understand exactly what was going on. Her knowledge and expertise were clear, and she put together a treatment plan with exercises that actually worked. What I appreciated most was how personable and friendly Alexia was throughout - she remembered me between appointments and made me feel like a person, not just a number. Thanks to her care and guidance, I'm now back to my normal activities. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing physio!

Diagnosed with a meniscus tear, through MRI and knee consultant. He recommended to avoid surgery and focus on physio rehab. Referred to Bodyset and assigned to Nick. He quickly understood the extent of the injury and set excercise sessions for building strength and a timeline for return to running. Guided me through this, with slow build back and 2 months later I'm back running well and quads feel stronger than ever. Really good advice, S&C plan, and monitoring. Even when I had minor reaction to running again, Nick's plan held up, and it cleared. Would go back if any problems and would recommend Nick.

My experience at Bodyset with Nick (Court) has been very positive. After a brief assessment, he accurately diagnosed my injury, addressed it directly, and put together an effective progression of exercises and sessions for recovery. I returned to normal sooner than expected. Nick was consistently proactive and informative, and I learned a great deal throughout the process. Than you!

Damaged my lower back and was excellently treated by Alexia. Her approach to the rehabilitation filled me with confidence throughout, especially when it came to pushing and finding my limits during exercises, whilst managing pain from the injury. Everything was clearly explained and she seemed genuinely invested in getting me back to full fitness. Was even given a range of exercises to continue afterwards that helped wider performance. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexia and the team at Bodyset.
