Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 1:00 PM, but due to poor scheduling and mismanagement, I was left waiting for nearly 15 minutes without any explanation. No one informed me about the delay until I approached the manager myself. I was then told they were running behind schedule, were unaware of the issue, and somehow it was made to feel like it was the customer’s fault. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or apologizing, she was dismissive and defensive when I provided feedback. Despite the delay and poor communication, I was still willing to proceed and make payment. However, I was rudely told, “You can leave if you wish,” which clearly showed they were not open to feedback and preferred customers who would simply accept their mistakes without question. In the end, I chose to walk away. Professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My wife and I had a couples massage on 30/12/25 Forget 5 star we would give them a 10 star if it was possible the girls went above and beyond I have to say the best massage we've ever had and we're looking forward to another massage tomorrow I would highly recommend sinin Thai massage & spa in Nottingham 10/10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Thomas & mary 🙂

Terrible experience and argumentative staff. My first experience here was great, I booked again for 10 days later and intended to visit twice a month for regular massages due to having a bad back. That was until today. When walking in I was asked what I would like and if I had been before. I had booked a half hour deep tissue massage online for £35. Same treatment and price as 10 days before. I was told it was £40, I explained that online it stated £35 and I was then told there was no discount. I’m really baffled by being told there was no discount when £35 is the full price for this service online. I tried to explain further and was approached with an argumentative attitude. The lady was adamant that it was £40 when it clearly states online it’s not. Needless to say I won’t be back. A shame cos it’s a decent massage and you guys could of had a regular customer paying you £120 a month for 2 full body massages. Better customer service and approach are definitely needed!

The best experience! Abigail was amazing, very skilled at what she does and made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed and renewed with a fresh energy. I would recommend the Thai combination as it includes deep stretches and hot oil massage. Will definitely be a return customer!

Terrible service! I called twice to book an appointment for my teenage son (he’s 16), clearly explained that he’s a teenager, and was assured it was fine. I booked a taxi, paid money, and when we arrived, they said, “Sorry, we don’t treat teenagers.” Absolutely unacceptable attitude, no responsibility or customer loyalty. A complete waste of time and money. Definitely do not recommend this spa!

Came here for mine and my partner’s valentines gift we got the full body deep tissue massage. It was absolutely amazing! They set up 2 beds in a room with towel swans, roses and candles real nice touch. The massage was one of the best we had both ever had and to top it off we had glasses of Prosecco waiting for us outside 😍 Definitely will be back! Thank you!

I had a completely tranquil & calming experience with Abbigal! I usually have a hard time resting; with it being my week off from work I waited to find a good massage place and came across 'Sinin Thai Massage & Spa'. I've pasted by it for years, with purple being one of my favourite colours it always catches my eye with it's purple exterior. Everything from the soft patterned carpet, charming staff and hand carved woodwork decor. I would happily go again! The sweet smells of oils allowing you to breathe deeply, instantly centering your mind and body. Just waiting on the massage I already felt I could let the stress fall away. Today I had Abbigal, she was so lovely and more than happy to wait for me to get comfortable, checking if I was okay with the pressure like any. Very professional, covering areas as needed, I already had a little bit of knowledge about Thai massage so I felt completely comfortable. I felt so at peace by the end of the massage and wanted to stay longer! Kop kun, Abbigal. I will have to come back soon.

Second time coming today and was really disappointed. On my arrival there was 2 woman behind the reception and 1of them asked which massage I would like, I replied with “the combination Thai” (as I had this before and was amazing) the older lady behind the desk then responded in Thai and I could make out she was saying that’s she’s not walking on my back - I then said again that I would like this one and at this point the other lady there tried to convince me to have a different massage, however this was the one I had wanted, in the end she said ok I will do it and pointed me to my room. I wasn’t asked my details or if there was any areas I would like to be worked on which was also odd considering there could be allergies, areas that need working on or perhaps couldn’t be worked on etc. Whilst I was waiting for the room a man had just left it and I didn’t see anybody go in and change anything which left me wandering if the sheet/paper towel had been replenished. When I got to the room it was a bed on the floor (see pictures) which didn’t feel relaxing, the bed was pushed to the left and against the wall which made it difficult for the lady to navigate around my body meaning only 1 side was able to get properly done and her having to lean over to do the side she couldn’t get to. Unfortunately the massage wasn’t the best either, I wasn’t asked about the pressure and if it was too hard etc and when the lady gave me the massage it was pretty obvious she didn’t have much experience. I even asked if she liked her job and how long she’d been doing it etc and her response was that it’s very hard ( which I kind of got that feeling considering how rushed it felt at times) There was lots of rubbing and she was doing 1 area and then moving to another and then returning to the same area which just felt like everything was abit all over the place and leaving me unable to relax. The lady giving me the massage was really nice however I have to be honest and This was such a shame as I have regular massages at least once every couple of weeks and had even recommended this place to some family over Christmas but was left feeling unsure about this experience because as well as not feeling relaxed, it just felt really impersonal and almost leaving me wishing that I would of gone elsewhere which is such a shame as I really enjoyed it last time.

All staff were so lovely and it was amazing value for money. £35 for a 30 min massage and it was all you needed. My boyfriend and I had one each and came out so relaxed. Staff are super skilled at what they do and were so accommodating to what we wanted. Definitely recommend.
