Regent Street Clinic Nottingham — Mental Health Clinic in Nottingham, England

I’ve used Regent Street clinic twice now for hayfever injections. I first came after my symptoms are pretty constant through spring and summer with congestion, Itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose (The usual). Within three or four days these symptoms had vanished. And I didn’t need to take another antihistamine for the rest of the year. It also had the added benefit of relieving my asthma symptoms to the point where I no longer need inhalers. I’ve returned again this year and have had the injection as soon as my symptoms started. And I’m hopeful this year will be a lot easier. This clinic is very polite and professional and the nurse is very friendly.

I got the travel vaccines I needed at a reasonable price. Vali Kaur, who administered the vaccines, was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional and tried to pressure me into paying for lots of others that I know I didn't need and aren't officially recommended for the location I was visiting. Avoid

Quick and efficient, barely felt the vaccine. Bit of a wait for the appointment but this was outlined in the t&C's. Comfy waiting room and pleasant clinic

Today I took my daughter for her yellow fever vaccine. I would really give stars for the kind service from the receptionists, because when Mrs Vali, who said to be the nurse responsible for administering the yellow fever vaccine, was quite unprofessional. She was more interested in selling extra vaccines... and when I said I didn't need the various other doses offered, she was extremely insistent trying to sell a package of vaccines, which are not required to enter the countries I will be visiting with my family... but it doesn't stop there, she was extremely rude when administering the vaccine to my 4-year-old daughter, without a sense of care or kindness towards a child. She also didn't bother to sanitize the child's arm before administering the injection or even to be gentle with the child when applying the stick after administering the vaccine. In my opinion, either the professional sells the product and is prepared to receive "no, thank you very much" as an answer... or they simply perform the service impartially don't with the sale of their product stock. Congratulations, Dear Vali, you've just lost clients to other procedures.Hopefully another people reads the reviews before to buy your service. Cheers.

Amazing experience, looked after me completely. Quick and easy process. Made me feel very at ease and assured me of all steps. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for the best place to receive their jabs for when travelling!!

There was poor communication over the phone regarding the charges. When I called the clinic, I was told the cost would be £30. However, when I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional £95 as a consultation fee, even though no consultation was carried out other than administering the vaccination. All charges should have been clearly explained either during the phone call or at reception, not at the last moment when we were about to receive the vaccination. Additionally, the staff member we dealt with was very rude. Her tone was unprofessional, and it was clear from her facial expressions that she was annoyed when we asked questions. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially from a health clinic where professionalism and clear communication are expected.

Had my travel vaccinations done today by nurse Vail Kaur. She was amazing as I have a server needle phobia, she worked with me and we got all 6 done I cannot recommend her or the clinic more. Also a big thank you to Amy in reception for holding my hand and making the experience as smooth as possible. What a lovely team.
