Arriving for the first time I didn't know what to expect. Recovering from a severe ankle injury and multiple operations had left me with the fear of people touching my foot. I really needed the tension released out of my foot from constant tiptoeing. Joe was fantastic, he listened to my injury information, looked closely at where he could and couldn't touch ( my excessive pain spots ) I asked him not to move the foot up or down and he listned, not once did my ankle hurt. I had the best service I could ask for and the pressure release was instantly felt. It was like walking on clouds. My foot went from feeling like it was going to pop to feeling deflated, Best feeling ever. We even notice a difference in my walking. I have told my fellow horse riders about my experience and I will definitely be coming again for follow-up treatment. Perfect for ankle injury, arthritic damaged ankle girlies like me. Joe is fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, and very friendly. He truly cares about your well-being and makes sure you’re well taken care of. He identified and diagnosed the cause of my chronic back and shoulder pain in our very first session, and is an expert at using a range of techniques (including cupping and acupuncture) that have made a world of difference. I’ve been back several times and always leave feeling so much better and pain-free. Highly recommend!

Couldn't recommend more! Went in with a sore back from working at a desk all day, and drawing and painting in my spare time so my shoulders were killing me. Joe was so lovely and easy to talk to, the hour flew by! He tailored the massage specifically to what I was experiencing and I came out with my back feeling so relaxed and pain free. I also found out I love acupuncture! Great service, 100% recommend :)

Went for a massage today with Joe after experiencing numbness in my left arm & tight shoulders. His presence was super warm & welcoming. Joe spent some time at the beginning asking questions about problem areas/history/what I wanted out of the session etc. Massage was brilliant with great pressure & I could feel the tightness fading away. Had an issue with my shoulder for a while, managed to get a booking within a week to see Jody. He reached out to see the issue before the appointment, so when I got there he could get straight to work. Very friendly and comfortable, and my shoulder is feeling great. Would definitely recommend.

Really easy to book, started on time, Jody had me relaxed and established the issues quickly. The treatments administered started intense then eased off so it was clear they were working the issue. For one of the points we used dry needles (which hurt during a previous treatment with a different therapist but were spot on this time no discomfort at all). The booking went through 5 problem areas and started to feel improved pretty much right away. Would deffo recommend, he knows his stuff. Back again in a few weeks time for follow up. Cheers, Simon
