I enquired 12 months ago but never went ahead. They have been spamming my phone with texts ever since. I called to ask them to stop and an exceptionally rude man told me to reply "stop" to the messages. As I had already tried this, I asked him to stay on the phone while I tried again, but he told me he was too busy. Needless to say it didn't work again. Avoid if you don't want constant harassment.

Dr Horsford was an incredible assessor . Professional and knowledgeable. The session was not rushed, and i felt well supported. I was also grateful for the urgent service they also offer. Would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you for your support.

Bernard was very professional and friendly during my ADHD assessment. He spent the time I required to answer all questions and was very down-to-earth and understanding of my symptoms. He gave me a strategy for moving forward, and I'll also have a much more in-depth one in a month on paper (apparently around 30 pages long). There were loads of reminders before the assessment to help me to keep the date in my mind and I was able to get help over the phone when I wasn't sure on what to do with the reports before my assessment.

Dr Horsford was great with our 9 yo son. Leading up to the assessment we had 24 hours to submit all necessary information and paperwork. The admin team were great responding to all my enquiries in a timely manner.

I contacted about making an appointment a month or so ago. Their customer services team were useless so I went with someone else, but they won't stop contacting me. I asked for my data to be removed from their records but I'm still recieving correspondence. I wouldn't recommend making any contact with them to book an appointment, their practice does not seem at all professional in my experience. I've just seen the other reviews about it seeming like a scam. I can understand that. Just avoid this company all together.

Dr Horsford's communication and service was excellent, from start to finish. He even called me personally to explain the process and options relating to my step-daughter's ADHD assessment. She advised that the online interaction was good and she was at ease. The report was shared ahead of schedule and has proved invaluable in helping her access extra exam time and breaks, etc. I therefore fully recommend Advanced Assessments to others in the future.
