I first saw Brian in Dec 25 when I was struggling with knee pain when running. Brian has been brilliant in diagnosing and explaining the issue, whilst providing exercises to build strength and stability for long term results. I’m now pain free and can enjoy all the sports I love again. Big thanks Brian, all the best!
After a skiing incident, I received outstanding physiotherapy care from Brian and David. I honestly couldn’t rate Uplift Physiotherapy highly enough – professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Hopefully I won’t need physio again, but if I ever do, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Highly recommended.
I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment here on NYE as I was in AGONY from a trapped nerve that only seemed to be getting worse. A quick assessment and some soft tissue work from Brian felt like a miracle cure. After being in progressively worse pain from Christmas, I couldn't believe how quickly it started to improve! He also gave me some exercises to do at home which I think helped a lot too Would highly recommend Uplift
I recently attended a series of appointments with Rachel at Uplift Physio after a neck/shoulder injury, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me get back to full health quickly. I won’t hesitate to return to Rachel with any future aches/injuries.
I’ve worked with David and Brian since march/April last year and they’ve been extremely helpful. I’ve gone from chronic shoulder, neck, and back pain to being pain free 90% of the time. I especially appreciate the tailored approach they take to their practice, where I never felt like I was getting generalised advice but rather they were selecting exercises specific to my case. They also deliver excellent (if intense) soft tissue work including massage and acupuncture which were especially helpful on days where my pain was flaring up. All in all, I can’t recommend them enough; worth every penny
David and Brian have been incredible in helping with my neck and back pain. David assessed how my body moves and provided tailored exercises to build strength and relieve pain, giving me a long-term solution rather than just short-term relief. With so much advice out there, it’s been amazing to have a plan personalised to me and my progress - I no longer experience the same pain. I’m really grateful for their help and highly recommend them!!
I used David at Uplift for a knee issue that had been troubling me for over a year, 4 sessions later and it’s back to normal - I would definitely recommend. He provided me with exercises each week which I’ve incorporated into my usual routine so hopefully it will stop any issues in the future! I would definitely use him again.
I came to Uplift with intense pain running from my hips to my foot, and after seeing David bi-weekly for three months, I experienced instant relief at every session. Each appointment was thoughtfully structured: starting with a sports massage, followed by a tailored exercise plan of four movements adapted to my hypermobility — something the team identified early on and no one had ever addressed before. That insight was a game-changer in how I approach muscle strengthening. The care and passion of the entire team are palpable. They create a safe, welcoming space where I felt supported even when I struggled to fully articulate my pain — whether in my back, legs, or shoulder blades. They always took the time to explain the root causes, whether stress-related or linked to muscle tension from foot pronation, and their follow-up between sessions was incredibly reassuring. Thanks to their expertise and genuine commitment, I haven’t had a flare-up since. I continue to maintain the plan we developed together and feel hopeful for the first time in a long while. Highly recommend to anyone seeking thoughtful, personalized physio care.
I’d been struggling with knee and wrist pain for a long long time, but after working with David, I can finally back playing badminton full speed again 🙌. The exercise plans he gave me after each session were easy to follow and made such a big difference. David not only provided effective muscle massage but also explained the principles behind every rehabilitation exercise in a clear and understandable way. I’m truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to everyone!
I can’t recommend David enough! I came in after being in a lot of pain post long run which left me limping around for over a week before I decided to book in with Uplift. Within just 3 weeks I was back running again pain free. David was able to identify the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me a plan. Incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about getting you back to doing what you love. Would highly recommend☺️
