Tasha was brilliant. Tasha listened and guided me through everything.
Tasha has been absolutely fantastic from the moment I first sat down with her. It was my first time trying therapy and she’s made it such an easy and calming experience. I was always too scared of trying therapy but walked out of my first session feeling like a different person. I’m so thankful to her and I know she’s always there for when I need her.
I’ve found the sessions really helpful, also very flexible to arrange. Tasha is very approachable and puts you at ease. I wasn’t sure what it was exactly that I needed help with, but she’s helped me identify some key areas to work on, and importantly for me gave some really pragmatic steps and coping strategies that help day to day. The conversations are simultaneously reassuring, but gently challenge to get to needed discussions. I always feel more clear headed and focused after a session, thank you! I would happily recommend.
Working with Tasha has been such a valuable experience. She’s helped me explore parts of myself that I always knew were there but never fully understood, and in doing so, she’s given me the confidence to approach some very tricky situations with clarity and strength. I feel more connected not just to myself now, but also to the kid inside me. Tasha is always welcoming, supportive, and truly empowering. Every session feels like a safe space where growth is possible. I’m grateful for the insight and encouragement she’s brought into my life.
I just had my last session with Natasha today, and even though I've only been with her for around 6 months I can genuinely see such a difference in myself! She's such a lovely person and creates such a safe and comforting environment so you can say whatever you want without having the fear of feeling judged. If your looking for someone to have the best chat with but give the best advice she's 100% the person to go for! Not only is she great at listening but also is happy and open to working with you and trying new things we both mutually recommended eachother pieces of media and art to help with my healing journey and it just helped create an understanding between the two of us that made me feel so much more comfortable to talk about small things like how my day went and bigger things too!
Tasha is on Angel with gift. When I went to see Tasha I wonder to myself con help me. On today I con say Tasha as help me in so much ways that have given me the strength to be a strong on better person 💪 🙏
Working with Natasha has been so amazing! She is very down to earth and goes out of her way to accommodate you and your needs. She is also great with communication and easily accessible which has been so unbelievably helpful and reassuring for me. It has been such a positive experience and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
I have been working with tasha for 1 month and already feel a massive shift in my mentality. The sessions are welcoming and easygoing. I would 100% recommend to anyone who's going through it right now.
I am currently going through therapy with Tasha and she is fantastic, she is extremely easy to talk to, very professional and has already had a positive affect with me in a small number of sessions. Tasha is very nonjudgmental which is not something I can say about all therapist I've spoken to in the past. Tasha is happy to listen and is always prepared for sessions and always ready with some extra work sheets or reading for you between sessions to continue your personal development. I cannot recommend Tasha enough.
I can’t recommend Natasha enough! From the very first session I felt comfortable and settled being in her presence. She has made a huge difference in the way I over come challenges and I couldn’t thank her enough!
