I’ve had a great experience working with May. May is extremely professional and genuinely listens without judgment—I always felt heard and never felt like she was distracted or zoning out. She has a strong understanding of different cultural backgrounds, which was especially important given how I grew up, and it made our sessions feel safe and validating. Her insights, words, and practical techniques have been incredibly helpful. I had weekly sessions with her for about six months, and I can clearly see meaningful improvements in myself, both emotionally and mentally. I highly recommend May to anyone seeking thoughtful, effective therapy.

After over 20 sessions / hours with May, spanning over several months, my therapy sessions left me feeling far more whole and confident than before. She helped me navigate through very difficult times and I would highly recommend her for those looking for a safe space to voice and understand their problems. I will always be grateful for her help :)

It’s difficult to summarise my experience with May in just a few words, but I’ll try. I have been seeing May for nearly 18 months, and it has been an incredible journey. She is warm and empathetic, genuine, deeply professional, and entirely non-judgmental. At times, her non-directive approach felt frustrating ("tell me what to dooooooo"), but once I stepped away from therapy, I realised the immense value in it; rather than fostering dependency, she guided me toward autonomy, which, in my view, reflects her deep commitment to empowering her clients rather than creating reliance. Even so, she has a remarkable ability to ask insightful questions—the kind that don’t always click in the moment but later open my eyes to perspectives I hadn’t considered. Although her core approach is Person-Centred Therapy, she is so experienced and intuitive that she seamlessly integrates other therapeutic approaches, depending on the context. Working with May has been life-changing. I have developed healthier coping strategies, significantly improved my relationship with myself and other people. I highly recommend May to anyone seeking support!
