Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. This was booked via Groupon as a gift. At no point was I asked about my health and well-being, which I was expecting right from the beginning. As it was a gift, the deep tissue massage wasn't suitable, so in all fairness, the therapist switched to a Swedish massage instead. During the massage, I did ask for less pressure, however her response was a sigh and she wasn't happy about making adjustments. Going forward, I feel the therapist should take into consideration the needs of each client, particularly when it comes to pressure as it can ruin people's experience if too much is applied.
My first deep tissue massage and it felt more like therapy. Imma is excellent and clearly knows the body well. I left feeling lighter and like Iβd released a lot of adrenaline build up after a manic few months - will definitely be back!
I booked for a special massage via Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage, and I've had an awful experience. I had an appointment booked for 10am today; rang the lady at 9:49am and 9:51am, and there was no response on both attempts. We were struggling to find the shop, as it is not clearly located or stated in the booking. It is a one room shop within a building of other shops. I also messaged the lady and again no response. I have all the evidence. Luckily after going from door to door I managed to find her outside the building about to walk in at 9:56am?! I asked her if she knew where Soul fit is and she said yes that's me etc. So I said I'm going back to my car and come round to drop my mother off at the entrance (all one way roads in Manchester). My mum was pressing the buzzer at 10am, and got started at 10:06am. This was one issue! The next one was when my mum entered the room was very cold as she had only arrived herself! The lady was very rude to my mum. My mum kept on saying that she was very cold and she was no it's fine! A thin towel was given to my mum which obviously didn't help! My mum didn't enjoy it what so ever. She rushed the massage and oiled one leg only without massaging it! The lady finished at 10:50am. I then went into collect my mum and again the lady was rude to me, I said that I wouldn't be coming back and she snatched some leaflets from my mother! I will not be going back there again!
10/10! Ima is a true professional, not only is she a fantastic masseuse but a wonderful person to boot. I came here for my first ever massage and she more than helped me feel at ease and completely fixed the pain and tension I was feeling in my neck and shoulders. Lovely person, amazing service and very affordable, would highly recommended!

Imma is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. She offers deep tissue massages and even advises on the best exercises for muscle tension release. She can support sports and nutrition guidance too. Recommend if you are looking for a sports massage.
Guys, I just wanted to share my experience at Soul-Fit 24 studio by my Imma. First of all, I am masseuse by myself and when it comes to the massage I am that one client person who can not find a good massage therapist ( have been almost to every single salon/spa in Manchester). But FINALLY I found the place to go:) Can not thank you , Imma enough! First of all she is so nice and friendly person ( I felt so comfortable around her), second of all she is high qualified specialist , hers knowladges about humans body are insane. I have to admit that I had a goosebumps during the massage and it means only one thing - THE MASSAGE IS SPOT ON! If you are also struggling to find your "this is the one " therapist you have to choose Immas Soul_fit studio! Thank you Imma for your professional service and the best massage I ever received:) With Love , Eve
Imma give great massages. She clearly cares about her clients health and I've already gone back for a second session. I'm now going once a month and I'm tempted to make it twice a month. Her deep tissue massage is serious, the amount of pressure is unbelievable. I really needed a good massage and now I no longer have any back pain at work which is a total blessing Can't wait to go back She also does Indian head massage and hot stone. If you haven't tried you need to π
Had a Swedish massage with Imma this afternoon. She is lovely and very knowledgeable with a natural touch. She is obviously very experienced and picks up on all your tensions. I will certainly go back. She is very friendly with a keen interest in wellbeing. I've had alot of massages over the years and Imma definately comes up with the very best of them which can be hard to find
