Incredible massage treatment. I chose the anti stress and foot massage (1 hour)which was wonderful. Experienced therapist who asked me whether I had injuries. Also listened to my pressure request. I will definitely be visiting again, the treatment was excellent and great value price. Visitors should consider there is a lively bar located next door that plays loud music. This is something Serasin Spa work hard to distract from, but ultimately cannot change.

Never have i experienced anything like this in a spa. This review is for the 1 hour facial and massage. The appointment was conducted without asking me a single question...nothing re allergies, health conditions, how I want to feel, nothing. The lady wheeled a trolley in with the products on...all over the counter, e.g. budget micellar water, cheap moisturiser, tubes of cheap scrub which was still in my hair the next day, it was not a facial at all. I was under the impression it was aveda products and the lady had no idea what she was doing. There was no massage to the face, didnt even wipe all my face with the micellar water which i think was Lidl's own. Absolute disgrace. I cleansed my face when I got home and the cleansing cloth was full of makeup! Another lady came in to give me a head massage and basically spent around 30 minutes scratching my head. Absolutely shocking...I would have walked out as soon as I saw what was on the trolley but as the way to book the appointment was via Treatwell it was already paid for. I have had facials for 40 years, this was a treat off my son for my 60th birthday and quite honestly, my 4 year old granddaughter would have given me a better facial. The lady didn't have a clue, the cheapest products...I have never experienced anything like it. I complained immediately after but was told to contact the manager...same done there and the but no response. I also immediately contacted Treatwell and PayPal also said the same. The salon manager has not responded to my email from a week ago even though they have been asked to respond hy Treatwell. A refund relies on the salon agreeing the service has not been provided which they have denied, obviously. I am taking this further, Trading Standards, as I have paid, well my son has, for a product that was 100% not fit for purpose. Shame on you. Avoid this place at all costs...I can see the majority of reviews are positive but I think the 'spa' has changed hands as they are primarily older comments. There are multiple comments/ reviews similar to mine now I have researched.

The interior design is quite distinctive and has a nice atmosphere overall. You can tell some thought went into the decor. However, the massage room was a bit too cold. Although the massage bed was heated, my hands and feet remained cold throughout the session, which slightly affected the overall comfort of the experience. The massage itself was fairly average — not bad, but nothing particularly outstanding. If the room temperature could be improved, the overall experience would likely be much better.

Would definitely recommend the couples massage here, it’s a lovely place with a really nice laid back atmosphere. Massage was excellent, and good value for money for an hour too. We would definitely go again :)

Didn’t even want to rate it 1 star. Surprised my fella with a couples massage as we’ve been regular customers for a couple of years, to only 5 minutes into the massage there be a loud banging on the walls and very loud music being placed and continued through the whole hour. As we told them the music was annoying us and we couldn’t relax there response was laughing saying “ you should come earlier always loud banging on weekends”. Which we know isn’t true as we’ve always come on weekends. When we told the manager about our complaints she was awfully rude and told us “we can only give back 20% as it’s not our fault if you don’t like it get the police involved”. I’m absolutely disgusted in how the manager spoke to us and will not be returning.

We paid for a couples massage over 100 pound and there was music blasting the whole time! The worst experience I’ve ever had, we complained the whole time during the massage and after coming out, we expressed how unhappy we were yet again, for the women to give us 25 pound back and essentially told us it’s our fault for not saying stop and to go to the police, absolutely ridiculous customer service care and establishment will never go again.
