I adore anything that roots and resilience therapy does. Natalie, the founder is a brilliant young woman with very structured, friendly and easy to understand approach to the individual as well as to the group. The talking circles that Natalie prepares once or twice a month (and are mostly for free) are just amazing and I can’t believe how much I am learning with each session. I can genuinely feel huge progress in my everyday life, learning how to handle difficult situations thanks to Roots and Resilience therapy. Natalie’s workshops are always very inspiring and insightful and I can’t wait for another one. What this young lady does for the society from educational point of view regarding mental health and awareness is just amazing.☝️
Roots and Resilience Therapies CIC is a lovely space for anyone interested in person centred holistic care. The team are really friendly and supportive when discussing culturally sensitive topics both in a group and individual setting. I recently attended the self-love event on Valentine’s Day, the discussions and workshop activities were fun and creative. I really enjoyed learning about the importance of self love and care. I would definitely recommend attending their events!
I went to the galentines rnr session and it was so well planned, I had a lovely time and left feeling great. Nat’s voice is so soothing she needs an audiobook!!! It was lovely and uplifting, and I can’t wait to go to more events/workshops :))).
Natalie is amazing, I recently moved from Ireland and she has made me feel so welcome! She has deffo made the transition easier ❤️
