Had an assessment and treatment with Christos. He is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through this assessment and treatment in a calm and professional way which was easy to understand. The initial treatment has already helped and the explanation of the problem has given me an understanding and piece of mind. Really happy with the service.
I honestly can’t recommend physio pattern enough. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to and understood. The treatment plan was clearly explained and tailored specifically to me, and the results have been incredible. I’ve seen real, lasting improvements that have genuinely been life-changing—things I struggled with for years are now manageable. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I’m so grateful for the support and results I’ve achieved here.
Best in the game. I’ve been to Physio Pattern three times with 2 different issues. Each time Christos took the time to understand what’s wrong and what I expect. He thoroughly assessed me and began treatment right away giving me some home exercises. I felt the improvements almost immediately. Wouldn’t go to a different physio in Manchester.
I went to physio pattern 2 weeks ago after experiencing a lower back injury - just a week later, I already started feeling the benefits. It is the first time in 8 months I feel like my injury is properly healing. In the two sessions I have had so far, Christos has offered great support in the treatment, and has also given me stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home. I would highly recommend physio pattern to anyone suffering with a similar pain.
Christos is by far the best Physiotherapist I have been to in the UK. He is very thorough with assessments, detailed explanation on symptoms and means of treatment, and very attentive to details. I refer all my bodybuilding and athletic friends to go see him, and they are back on their workouts in minimal time. 10/10 in everything 💪✨️🔥
After 7 days of pain, I finally went to physiotherapy for the first time in my life, not really knowing what to expect. From the very beginning, the approach was extremely friendly and professional. Christos quickly identified the problem with my bicep, explained everything in detail so I could fully understand what was going on, and started the treatment straight away. Already the next day, I was finally able to function without painkillers. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. I would definitely recommend Christos to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist. 👍🏼
Highly recommend PhysioPattern Manchester I went to PhysioPattern with severe lower back pain, and Christos was excellent. He assessed me properly, explained what was going on clearly, and started treatment straight away. He only gave me two simple stretches, and within a couple of days I felt 100% better, which really impressed me. The following week I returned with a different issue, and again Christos diagnosed it confidently and gave me a clear plan going forward, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest approach. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. I would highly recommend Christos and PhysioPattern Manchester to anyone needing physiotherapy.
Christos is by far the best physiotherapist I’ve ever seen. Unlike many others in the city who just run through generic exercises, he takes the time to truly understand the root cause of the problem and designs a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. I came to him barely able to walk due to a disc bulge, and within just a few sessions I was back to normal. His knowledge, skill, and professionalism are unmatched, but what makes him stand out even more is how much he genuinely listens and cares about your overall wellbeing. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who is highly qualified, compassionate, and truly focused on results, Christos is the one.
Physio Pattern is a valuable component of healthcare and is definitely an important presence in Manchester! Christos at Physio Pattern has improved my overall well-being & participation in daily activities by addressing the root cause of my wrist pain. My wrist pain has been fully targeted with specialist techniques and with the excellent exercises recommended, my recovery has been very positive. Christos listens attentively and his ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively sets him apart. I recommend this clinic highly for professionalism, pain relief & the welcoming environment Christos creates.
I researched online to find the right therapist to assist me with my plantar fasciitis. I came across Physio Pattern and something really resonated. I made an appointment and was delighted. Christos is so approachable and down to earth. He quickly and methodically starts his assessment and treatment. He develops a treatment plan which includes homework with exercises. He writes the homework on the white board and you take a picture. Quick and easy. It works brilliantly! What I really like too is how much more he offers during his treatments including using the latest technologies. After one treatment I had a 80% improvement. I am delighted. Just had my second treatment and I can already feel further improvement. I can highly recommend Physio Pattern. Thank you Christos!
