I recently had a wonderful experience there with June the massager and I couldnβt be more satisfied. June was absolutely excellent. Her technique was both very strong and deeply soothing, striking the perfect balance between relieving tension and helping me fully relax. She was also incredibly caring and attentive, regularly checking to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable throughout the session. You can really feel her professionalism and dedication in the way she works. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality Thai massage to book a session with her. I will definitely be returning.
Visited Napa Thai massage Sunday 1/2/26 I had deep tissue massage done by June she was very professional I really enjoyed the massage I can only recommend as it was excellent and I will 100% be visiting there again thankyou June. πππ
I had a very professional Thai massage by Kim and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Kim is highly skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced in traditional techniques. She quickly identified areas of tension and applied the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and significantly more relaxed. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for an authentic and professional Thai massage. If you prefer stronger pressure and deeper muscle relief, I recommend choosing the deep tissue or foot massage therapy for a more intensive and satisfying experience.
Called in today for a one hour Thai massage. My masseuse was Nana, she gave me a strong massage which has relieved some of the tightness in my back. Highly recommend!
I booked a Swedish massage the other day. At first, the staff werenβt sure about the price, as it seems this option isnβt chosen very often. The massage itself didnβt really feel like a typical Swedish massage, but I understand this is mainly a Thai massage salon. I had asked not to have my joints cracked, but it happened accidentally once.. Most of the time (around 70%) was focused on my legs, while my shoulders were only treated briefly for few seconds. The session also ended after about 50 minutes, so I wasnβt sure if the changing time was included. In the end, I didnβt feel as relaxed as I had hoped. Personally, I might not choose this salon again, but people who enjoy Thai style massages may still have a better experience here
I booked a 30-minute deep tissue massage for the first time, hoping for pain relief as part of managing my chronic condition. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Communication was poor, and the therapist, Ismi, didnβt use the right techniques. She wasnβt targeting my knots properly, and the pressure was either too light to be effective or too hard in the wrong areas. I had seen reviews about the uncomfortable headrest, and they were rightβitβs not part of the bed but attached separately. Every time pressure was applied to my back, my neck felt like it was being choked, making the session very unpleasant. On top of that, she had freezing hands, which made it even worse. The overall atmosphere wasnβt welcoming, from the moment I arrived to when I left. I knew as I walked out that Iβd never return. I wouldnβt recommend this place to anyoneβfirst and last visit.
Best Thai massage I've had in Manchester - the ladies who ran the shop are professional and polite and did a great job. Will definitely be back and would recommend!
Great service! I just had a walk-in 30-minute traditional Thai massage with Nikki. She knew exactly how to work out my knots while being gentle. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend her. The center was slightly warmer than I would have liked.
I had the most wonderful massage with the skilled Masseuse Nana! My shoulders and neck have been tight, sore and full of knots for a week after working at my desk for extended hours to finish a project. Nana ironed out all my knots and fixed my shoulders :) I literally feel taller now! Napa is my favourite massage service in Manchester, after living in Thailand for 8 years I know what an authentic Thai massage is. Whether you simply want a relaxing massage or need to loosen up your back, Napa is the best choice in Manchester!!
Had a sports injury and they booked me in last minute at very short notice. The massage was amazing and really helped me with the pain I was suffering from. Felt refreshed I will definitely return. The masseuse June was amazing. Excellent value for money as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.
