I was having trouble with thoracic outlet syndrome. I decided to book myself a massage to try and solve this issue. I felt very welcome as soon as I entered the clinic with friendly faces. I was treated by a lady named Anna, not only was she very professional, friendly and kind but, her knowledge and palpation techniques were superb. Been a massage therapist myself, I was very impressed with the knowledge and input I received. I would highly recommend the services here for any treatment in this area!
Had a great experience with Spilios. Over the course of a few months we set new plans and goals to keep on track with my knee rehab. It worked a treat. Not only did Spilios help with the issues I was having but also provided a lot of great information about preventative measures to take for the future. The sessions provided check-ups, working through new exercises and some theory about why we were doing what we were doing. Would recommend.
I booked Massage physio about a week after my post-op and I must say Katharina has been absolutely fantastic. Even though, I only book for lymphatic drainage massages, she personalises the treatment to include soft tissue massages as well. Katharina's knowledge goes beyond just physio; giving advice on posture and small things that can make a big difference to your recovery. I have a huge difference after just 3 massages. She is the best of the best!
First visited Massage Physio Manchester during lockdown as my bad posture, sedentary lifestyle and wfh, have led to acute back pain. Katharina was very knowledgeable and professional and very friendly and she assured me that not only we can get rid of the pain, but actually fix the bad posture! She gave me a very easy and quick set of exercises along with some tricks to not forget to sit/ stand straight in my day! Needless to say I am no longer sore and my posture is fixed after some sessions :) The place is very clean and everyone is super professional. 5/5 recommend!
I highly recommend Katharina for advice and treatment. I've seen many sports massage therapists and physios over the years - Katharina's massage technique is unrivalled. I always feel SO much better after a session. I tend to get very tight muscles and they tighten up quite quickly but regular sessions with Katharina keep me active. She's super knowledgeable and always has advice for any injuries I might pick up. My muscles are very grateful for her, as am I! If you need a sports massage in Manchester, look no further, you won't find anyone better!
I highly reccommed Katharina as a physio! She took the time to really understand my problem and we worked together to figure out an exercise plan for me. She has been supportive throughout the whole process and my pain has almost completely gone. Staff on reception were also friendly and helpful.
For the past 2 and a half years that I've been in Manchester I hadn't been able to find a physical therapist that could help me with my neck problems. Since session 1 Katarina was amazing and hit exactly the spots that I needed every time. I will definitely be seeing her again.
I would highly recommend Massage Physio. After struggling with a lot of pain in my back Katharina was so helpful checking my posture as well as feeling for any difference. After the massage she showed me some exercises to strengthen my back and was so helpful! Well priced and would highly recommend.
Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
I can recommend Alma, she was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Most importantly she helped me with my upper back pain and I can definitely feel the difference after my first massage. Will be coming back to this clinic!
