Karen was super patient with me first and foremost, which was something I deeply needed as I was apprehensive talking to anyone. I highly recommend Karen. Amongst much deeper other issues, she helped me navigate the complexities of life, navigate my own thoughts and ultimately have a more fulfilling life and relationships with my family. Super grateful. Thanks always.
Karen was absolutely amazing. It was the first time I decided to speak to someone and for me, Karen was the perfect match. I felt understood and safe to share my thoughts and “problems”. I cant thank her enough, she helped me when I needed help and I would recommend her to everyone I know.
Karen is a very caring, non judgemental person. This was my first experience with therapy but I felt comfortable with the process & I think is due to Karen’s warm & patient approach.
Karen has been a wonderful life couch for over a year now. She’s patient and empathetic and is able to articulate my thoughts back at me with a fresh perspective and lots of wisdom. She has a gentle demeanour to challenge and better oneself without judgement but compassion. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a professional couch/therapist.

Karen was fantastic, could not recommend her enough.
Karen is an excellent therapist. She is welcoming, non-judgmental and compassionate, and really listens to what you have to say. I recommend her highly.
I started seeing Karen after suffering with anxiety and depression. I was also at a time when I was changing careers, and at a particularly pivotal and challenging point of my life. I found Karen and her consulting room to be a safe and supportive retreat where I could explore my feelings and challenges. She has gently guided me through my journey, tackling issues from my past, as well as current concerns. I look back on my time with Karen with warmth, which is a surprise considering how I felt emotionally at the time. Even seeing the picture of her room feels me with positivity. Karen is a genuinely warm and caring individual, but also very down to earth, realistic and has a good sense of humour. She will not rush you, and you won’t feel pressured, but at the same time she will guide you through your sessions that will make you feel safe and supported. I have recommended Karen many times and will continue to do so. Thanks Karen.
