Starting this process, I was very nervous and anxious, because I was coming from a background where mental health was not openly discussed or was met with judgment. I honestly cannot recommend Jason enough. When I first started the sessions, I was in a very difficult place, but now I feel more like myself again, after so many years of struggle. Jason provided a safe, open and non-judgmental space. That enabled me to do the Inner-Work and start my Healing and Growth journey. He empowered me with practical tools that truly changed my outlook. Iβm so grateful his support and the work he does.
What a wonderful gentleman Jason is. Truly helped me with the many issues life has burdened me with.
Encountered a great experience using this service. Very person centered!
Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. Thankyou ππ½β¨οΈπ
Iβve tried a few counsellors and gave up hope, thought it just wasnβt for me but Jason was recommended to me to by a colleague and Iβm so glad I gave it another go. I felt completely at ease with Jason even when sessions started to raise my anxieties or got highly emotional which is when Iβd usually close off and not return, a weight has been lifted and Iβm finally able to move forward. I couldnβt have done this without the non judgmental empathy and support I received, thank you so much Jason for helping me understand myself better.
Jason is a great professional and very friendly - polite - positive person. Would highly recommend his services
I felt comfortable to talk in a safe environment with no judgement.
Jay is an incredibly well rounded counsellor. Very comfortable to talk to and creates a safe place to open up. He doesn't just listen, he hears you and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a genuine place to offload/work through personal issues. Highly highly recommend π
I spent a lot of time looking for "the right fit" counsellor as that's really important to me. This is how I came across Jason, who was definitely the right 'fit'. Over 10 sessions, I felt listened to, understood and challenged, which is what I realised I needed. With Jasons help through the sessions I felt a lot better than when I started and also felt different after 10 weeks through working on some rather big things. I'd like to say a big thank you to Jason for holding that space for me. It's helped a lot and I suspect it will continue to help me as it all settles within.
Great services, highly recommended.
