Francis is a brilliant therapist. I felt comfortable from the start, able to open up to his genuine and warm approach which helped me join each session with a receptive and positive mindset. Francis’ approach was flexible as my needs changed over the course of our sessions and he was incredibly attentive to adapt the session structures to upcoming challenges I was facing. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough and am genuinely grateful for the sessions helping me through a challenging time.

I was treated by Francis for confidence and stress issues surrounding some exams I was taking. I was getting stressed to a point where I felt it was badly affecting the rest life and I was reaching stress capacity. After my sessions I was well equipped to deal with current future stress and life returned to normal! Furthermore I sailed through the rest of my exams stress free! I would wholeheartedly recommend Introspection Hypnotherapy, it worked really well for me!

I wasn’t aware of hypnotherapy until a friend recommended Francis. It’s really changed the way I look at things and helped me so much. Francis is a very warm and professional therapist and I can’t thank him enough. Would recommend to anyone.
