Heidi has been great throughout my grief counselling, helping me reflect on myself and my choices, and how things can affect you. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Heidi is without doubt the perfect person to talk to and the sessions I had with her made an incredible around for my well-being. 10 months ago I endured a painful breakup which would later turn out to be my last chance of being in a relationship and that breakup was the pinnacle point in my life I got severely depressed and unhappy. I spend a majority over my college summer holidays having face to face sessions every Friday with Heidi and it helped me find the closure I needed and I benefited so much during our time together. I now have a renewed sense of happiness and I owe it all to Heidi

Heidi is a compassionate, careful listener, and I found the process of working with her to be a very useful and illuminating one. Some months later I am still reflecting on our conversations and finding benefit from them.
