I was feeling apprehensive as I've had councilling before and im not the biggest advocate especially when im feeling sad, down, emotional and irrational. Cerene was lovely, she took time to listen, didn't question me, my motives and why I was feeling how I was feeling. I know im a difficult person, im very blunt, swear like a sailor and im very matter of fact, open, honest and opionated. Cerene was never phased by my words, language and approach to things and she understood my plight. While she had to and did remain professional we still managed a laugh. I have come out the other side and while my problems remain some I cause myself, some I can't control and some I just need to disconnect from I have a less compacted head space. We had a connection and struck up a working relationship. I woukd definitely recommend and if I find myself in a dark place again I woukd return and I woukd request Cerene. She got me and that's a challenge. Thank you

Feedback for Counsellor Agnes – Health Assured I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude and feedback regarding my counsellor, Agnes. When someone reaches out for counselling, they are often in a vulnerable place, seeking genuine support, understanding, and guidance. Over the years, I have spoken to several counsellors, but I had never quite found someone who truly felt like the right fit for me. I believe counselling is deeply personal, and sometimes you need to find the one who understands you — your background, your values, and the way you view the world. As a Christian, it was important for me to speak with someone who could understand my faith perspective and the lens through which I process life’s challenges. When Agnes first contacted me to arrange my six counselling sessions, I had no idea how impactful those weeks would become. Each week, Agnes not only listened with compassion and patience, but she equipped me with practical tools to manage situations, process my emotions, and accept my feelings without shame. She gently guided me while also sharing wisdom from a biblical perspective, which deeply touched my heart and strengthened me spiritually as well as emotionally. I genuinely looked forward to our weekly sessions, knowing that each conversation would leave me feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded. Now that my sessions have come to an end, I can confidently say that I am carrying forward the principles and insights she taught me. They have become part of how I approach life. Agnes is a truly kind, thoughtful, and understanding lady. She brings warmth, wisdom, and authenticity into her counselling work. At 44 years old, after over 20 years of speaking with different counsellors and never quite finding the right one, I can honestly say that Agnes was the one who truly understood me. It just goes to show that sometimes it is all about perfect timing. I would be so grateful if Agnes could be nominated for recognition or an award within Health Assured to highlight the incredible work she does. I have no doubt that she will continue to positively impact many more lives, just as she has impacted mine. From the bottom of my heart — thank you, Agnes. You are one in a million. God bless you.

I had a positive experience of this service. The admin at the front end has improved and the counsellor was kind and skilled. It helped me deal with restarting my life again after years caring while still working, and dealing with a significant loss of a loved one. Access to the EAP service is a part of your pay at work, so don't lose out.

Just wanted to share some feedback about recent counselling sessions I have attended with HA - Wisdom Wellbeing. I found the counselling sessions incredibly helpful. The solution focused approach really worked for me, having clear strategies to take away and try in my daily life made a big difference, and I could feel things shifting as I put them into practice. I also really appreciated that the sessions were online. It meant I could fit them around my life without feeling like they were an extra pressure or something difficult to schedule. Instead, it felt natural and manageable, which made it easier for me to engage fully. Overall, I got so much out of the sessions. I feel genuinely more positive and empowered now. Thank you so much, I’m really glad I made the decision to reach out for support.

I would highly recommend them, the therapy I received has been excellent. And this coming from someone who was extremely sceptical about therapy. Its helped me navigate through a very difficult and traumatic period of my life, and given me the focus the move forward and more able to manage what I am going through and probably will be for some years to come. My therapist was a wonderful human being.

I received this service with Debbie Livermore and truly benefited from it. I completed six sessions with her, and she was very supportive, kind, and understanding throughout. She helped me look at my thoughts from a healthier perspective and guided me to develop more positive ways of coping. I always felt listened to without judgement and comfortable speaking openly. Her professionalism and calm approach made a real difference for me. I would not hesitate to reach out for her support again in the future if needed.

I want to express my concern about the lengthy processes involved in receiving mental health support through your company. It seems that there are many policies and procedures in place that overlook the urgency and sensitivity of mental health needs. As an organisation that offers mental health support, I believe it’s essential to prioritise timely assistance for those seeking help. This more feel like a Busnises making monay the way staff is trained !! Also I’m paying you for service which can’t receive ! Thank you for considering this feelings

I realised a few weeks ago that I was really struggling to cope with the emotional situation of sick parents. Having had counselling previously in my life and really benefitted, I reached out to Wisdom as they are the provider my work uses. I had 6 sessions weekly, with a wonderful counsellor, Bukky. She listened, allowed me to voice my feelings, and emotions, understand them and gave me strategies to work through each week. I feel calmer, more in control and less overwhelmed than I did a couple of months ago. At the end of the sessions, she told me that Wisdom are always there if I need to check in again, to use the helpful information on the app and there is also legal support if I should need that too. It's helped me to not feel alone and that there is help if I need it again, in whatever form, which is very reassuring. I cannot thank Bukky enough for her professionalism and warm demeanor, she is like a warm hug - and she has the best laugh too!

I’ve been using the Wisdom app (through my employer’s access) and I've had a lovely experience. I have been using the tools and functions to track my mood and keep track of my daily habits. I also like the guided wellbeing plans and practical resources. I was really impressed by the support network behind it: having access to a 24/7 helpline, and the option to speak via live chat, phone or video. It feels accessible and genuinely helpful when dealing with stress, anxiety, or everyday pressures. I also like that it’s easy to use and doesn’t feel intrusive: mood tracking and health check-ins are optional but helpful if you want to be more aware of your emotional patterns or overall wellbeing. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Wisdom and would definitely recommend trying it out!

I came across Wisdom Wellbeing (Health Assured) due to an enquiry at work. HR put me onto this app via a link and through it I was able to quickly organise some face to face counselling sessions nearby. The 6 sessions I had with Irina Slabco were invaluable, she was so relaxing and put me at ease from the outset which made everything so easy. She helped me understand myself & my issues in such a therapeutic & professional way I was quite sad when the 6th & final session came to an end. Not only was the HA / Wisdom app brilliant for organising this, but at the same time there is an absolute wealth of information to help with both mental & physical wellbeing. The app is very easy to understand & follow and will be a great tool to keep even through my counselling sessions have finished…and I feel have worked for me.
