I did the stop smoking session with Dean , and so far the session has been successful ( I am not smoking for more than a month now ). I am not sure how but it was easier to stop during my previous attempts without hypnosis. I would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about stopping smoking as it makes the process easier ( in my experience ) . Overall I am very please with the whole experience and outcome so far .
Dean has absolutely changed my life! I went in with a strong nicotine addiction and came out (after one session!!) no longer addicted. I’ve not used any sort of nicotine in around 6 weeks now. I can’t thank Dean enough, he is truly amazing and also the loveliest person!
I'd been dealing with agoraphobia after having an anxiety flare up earlier in the year. Through Dean's hypnotherapy and support I've been able to start properly living my life again. Before I was struggling with travelling any distance, now I'm getting on planes. Thanks Dean!
Highly recommended! Dean took plenty of time to understand my likes and dislikes about smoking and explained the mechanism of addiction. Then after the hypnotis I genuinely felt very positive about stopping smoking
After finding Dean from a google search we had a long chat on the phone so he had a bit of background to work on. He was so easy to talk to and put me at ease straight away. I loved the ‘theory lessons’ coupled with what felt like a perfect combination of therapy and hypnosis. I would highly recommend Dean. Thank you for everything you did to help me Dean
I can’t thank Dean enough for the impact he’s had on my confidence, clarity, and overall wellbeing. I was initially quite skeptical about hypnosis, but he took the time to truly listen and understand where I was, helping me navigate sudden anxiety and reconnect with my true self and direction. His talent, empathy, and ability to guide with such calm assurance make him incredibly special—truly gifted at what he does. I’d thoroughly recommend Dean!
Dean was excellent. I went into this with hope but as a huge sceptic. Dean helped me overcome my fear of eating certain foods and helped totally change my mindset so I no longer fear trying new foods! I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, friendly nature and the results we achieved. Thank you Dean.
Got in touch with Dean Jan 24 , had a couple of issues one being the phobia of needles , especially having a blood test , I've had 5 sessions overall but that covered other issues I had also, its helped me enormously. Dean made me feel at ease from the start , his skills in understanding my issues and explaining things was first class , I can safely say my phobia is no longer , as dean gave me the tools and mindset to overcome my issues. Also my last session was today so they have been spaced out over the year instead of a crash course , this worked for me as it gave me time to digest and practice what we did in the session . Would 100 % recommend deans service
My experience with Dean has been 100% positive. What I wasn't expecting is the breadth of the conversations and how Dean really tailored the sessions to my circumstances. I didn't expect the detailed level of theory behind the hypnosis but it really helps to make sense of it all, in addition to the stories and anecdotes to bring things to life. With Dean's help I have made real change to my confidence level and feel far better equipped to deal with the challenges I'd gone in with. Thanks very much!
I called Dean a couple of days before I was giving a speech. I'd always struggled with nerves to the point of never really giving it a go. Dean was very accommodating in organising a session the day after. The session definitely helped, the nerves became much more manageable and less irrational. I will be getting more sessions with Dean to work on this and would recommend anybody else struggling to just go for it.
