Entrusting somebody else with your inner world can be daunting, but I would absolutely recommend Courtney as a professional whom is thoroughly deserving of your investment. She approaches sessions with a down to earth nature, in which despite her wealth of knowledge in therapeutic practice, you will be made to feel on par with her, viewed as the expert of yourself, with your unique goals for therapy respected and complimented by her expertise. I have engaged in sessions with Courtney over a number of years, she is a therapist who is willing to embark on your journey through all seasons of your life, and I can truly say her punctuality and reliability is unwavering.

I started going to see Courtney after a particular rough period in my life. She has been amazing, after some time I feel strong enough and equipped with enough knowledge and healthy coping skills to face life without therapy. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s a wonderful therapist and a lovely person to talk to.

I have attended a fair amount of 1-1 therapy sessions with Courtney over the last few years. Courtney was always on time, sessions never felt rushed and she always made an effort to fit me in since I was usually last minute with booking. Courtney also has a calming and friendly demeanor which is disarming, enabling you to open up and get to the root of issues. Highly recommended.

I recently attended a workshop for wellbeing, intention setting and letting go. It was my first ever workshop. But I absolutely loved it. A safe environment and I felt very safe and met some beautiful strong women. I wasn’t able to share any of my thoughts at that time. I’ve recently separated from my husband and everything is very raw still. To be honest I was very emotional but at the same time felt a sense of relief. It has inspired me to start journaling to help with my self care and letting go.. Courtney is a very inspiring women and I admire her strength .. which made me believe I will be ok. Will definitely be signing up to other workshops in the future.Big Love 🦊

Attended a journalling workshop at the end of Feb 23 with my mum and 2 friends. I think it was Courtney’s but you would never have known! Truly great evening with a lovely group of women and a great insight into journaling and how it helps each person. Courtney is so lovely and calming and welcoming. Would definitely recommend & would love to do more xx

After a difficult few years with my family, I had tried therapy a few times but I felt like none of the therapists ever understood me. I finally came across Courtney following a sudden long-term break up. Feeling confused and lonely, as soon as I sat in her office I felt safe and comfortable. Courtney is funny, thoughtful and deeply understanding. I was able to talk to her about things I had never told anyone before, it felt like talking to a friend - someone who I had a genuine connection with. I whole-heartedly recommend Courtney and wish nothing but the best for her!

When I first started therapy with Courtney I was really struggling with my mental health and managing my day to day responsibilities. She helped me understand many aspects of myself and changed my perspective on so many things. She has such a warm and welcoming manner which made discussing difficult topics that little bit easier. I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone thinking about seeking therapy!

I highly recommend Courtney, she is absolutely amazing and honestly changed my life. I was very low when I first went to her and she gave me the hope of a brighter future and the feeling that I was in control of the direction of my life. I had assumed that therapy was all about talking, but actually Courtney also provided a wide range of interesting activities which I found very illuminating and surprisingly fun! They reduced my anxiety, allowing me to relax into each session. Courtney helped me to understand myself, my past and what I want from my life in the future much better. I felt that Courtney and I built a really strong connection over our sessions. It was so easy to talk to her because of her kind and thoughtful manner. She always gave me practical ideas on how to improve things and little, achievable goals which made me feel that I was making tangible progress each week. I looked forward to our sessions even when they were hard. Going to see her always seemed to be a step in the right direction. I started to feel, week by week, that things seemed less overwhelming and that I could move forward with my life instead of feeling stuck. I cannot recommend her enough! No matter what you are dealing with, you will be in safe, caring hands with Courtney. :)

When I first started seeing Courtney, I was really struggling with managing my mental health and staying on top of my responsibilities. She helped me to understand properly why I was struggling in the ways that I was, and how my past experiences influenced how I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable to talk about whatever I felt like talking about and was extremely attentive. She also did some tasks involving props with me which I found to be very engaging and helped me to discover more about my values and myself in general. I would absolutely recommend her and her therapy!

The idea of therapy had always been an overwhelming one for me, with failed attempts in the past. However, when I started seeing Courtney a year and a half ago I have never looked back. Her energy is a reflection of her warm and approachable aura. Courtney is someone who's provided me with a safe, comfortable space in which I have been able to explore some of the things that have caused me the most pain. She's walked alongside me through it all, celebrating wins, progress and growth. Starting therapy with Courtney has been one of the best things I've ever done - HR
