I strongly recommend Coho Health. Their service has significantly improved my health on many aspects, including those I was not aware of, or thought could not be resolved. Highly recommended! Thank you to Coho for all your help and support. My energy levels have significantly increased. Gareth
Working with Dee has been so helpful in getting the root cause of the issue so that it could be addressed - which its has been and its been a game changer for me. Dee is helpful, compassionate and really knowledgable and is easy to work with. I would highly recommend her.
Dee is the most knowledgeable, skilled and thoughtful clinician you could ask for! Wrapped up in warmth, kindness and patience. Dee has worked hard to support me and my family and I’ve noticed a marked difference in my health - I haven’t missed a day off work in over a year (when previously I just kept getting virus after virus and taking time off). Thank you Dee :)
As soon as I had my initial conversation with Dee, I felt a warm, empathic and genuinely caring approach that I hadn’t experienced before. It was clear from the start that Coho Health would take the time to understand the complexity of what I’d been dealing with and offer support in a thoughtful, holistic way. I’ve been working with Lulu for almost a year now, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I live with multiple and complex long-term conditions, including Ankylosing Spondylitis, and before starting to work with Coho Health I felt extremely anxious, overwhelmed and fed up with dealing with intense symptoms on a daily basis. Within a few weeks of working with Lulu and completing personalised tests based on my symptoms, I gained a much clearer understanding of what was going on at a deeper level. This allowed us to take a more targeted and individualised approach, and I began to notice meaningful improvements in some of my symptoms. Working with Coho Health has helped reduce the severity and overall frequency of my symptoms and has made them more manageable day to day alongside my existing medical care, particularly as immunosuppressant treatment was considered too risky for me given recurrent infections and my health history. Before working with them, I was spending a lot of my time confined to bed or struggling significantly with symptoms, and while I continue to live with chronic illness, I now feel I have regained a better quality of life and much better tools to manage day to day. Knowing they are there for ongoing support has been a real game changer. Throughout the entire process, I’ve felt listened to, believed and supported after years of feeling dismissed, which has made a huge difference to how I cope overall. The protocols provided after each session are extremely detailed and clearly tailored to the individual. Recommendations are explained thoroughly and focus on realistic, practical support for health, diet and lifestyle, taking symptoms and energy levels into account. I’ve also found Coho Health to be very flexible and transparent. Different care plans were clearly explained, and I never felt pressured into committing to anything that wasn’t right for me. I’m very grateful for the care, compassion and ongoing support I’ve received from Lulu, Dee and the team at Coho Health. I would highly recommend Coho Health to anyone looking to holistically address the root cause of their health issues, particularly if you’re dealing with complex or long-term health conditions and want to feel supported every step of the way.
Life-Changing Support for My Son Coho Health genuinely changed the direction of my son’s health journey. I started with a pre-consultation call with Dee and for the first time I felt truly heard. I had been dismissed repeatedly by GPs and NHS professionals even though I knew there was more going on. Dee listened without judgement; understood exactly what I was describing and immediately recognised the things I had been researching myself. It was the first time a professional didn’t make me feel like I was imagining things. I then began sessions with Aga, who has been absolutely incredible. She took her time to listen, explain things clearly and tailor everything to my son’s needs. Through proper testing, she uncovered severe stomach inflammation as well deficiencies the NHS had missed. With proper evidence, the NHS finally took things seriously and changed their approach. Aga has been consistently attentive and supportive. Whenever something didn’t work, she adapted the plan without hesitation. I never felt pushed or sold anything. Everything was personalised and intentional. My son has made remarkable progress: reduced hyperactivity, huge improvements in speech, better attentiveness and understanding. Family and teachers are constantly noticing the change. I’ve already recommended Coho Health to several friends whose children face similar challenges with speech, behaviour or food sensitivities. Even if you don’t get an immediate “fix”, you are no longer guessing and not dismissed. Dee and Aga’s professionalism and expertise have made such a difference to our family. I am deeply grateful.
I'm currently seeing Aga at coho health for a range of health issues I've suffered for the past decade. Feeling slightly lost and hopeless I thought I'd try coho health. It's been so insightful and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Her expertise and test recommendations have really opened my eyes to where I've been going wrong, giving me actual data and a personalised plan I can easily implement moving forward. Its a fantastic approach to health looking for the root cause and addressing the issues directly. I can't recommend them highly enough, if your hesitant for any reason please don't be, it'll be the best decision you make moving forward. Put your health first everything else in life is superficial in comparison.
Being very unwell for six months which resulted in disease related malnutrition. My body wasn’t absorbing nutrients as it should and i drastically lost weight very quickly. I also discovered from private testing that i had SIBO. Unable to get medical help i looked for an alternative option. I came across Coho and set up a discovery call with Dee. She made me feel, very at ease, that she understood and that i wasn’t alone. They were there to help. Dee even gave me some pointers in that initial call to do with diet/supplements which i started straight away and noticed they started to help. Dee also spoke about Allison Siebecker and Mark Pimentel who are the experts in the SIBO field and talked about SIBO in detail, which is when i knew i had come to the right place. I signed up for an initial three months with Lulu who has been amazing and so supportive. Lulu has advised which tests to have and then goes through the results in detail explaining what action we need to take. Lulu gives you a very clear supplement and health plan to follow. Lulu is so easy to talk to and clearly explains everything. She is always there when you need her. I have made great improvements from where i started but know it is not a quick road to recovery and i still need to find out what the underlying root cause is but i know i am with the right team that will help me do that. So much so, i am just extending my plan for another three months. I really cannot recommend the Coho team enough.
I’ve been under the care of Aga from Coho for a few months now, and it’s honestly been such a relief after years of feeling like I was trying to figure everything out on my own. I'm a coeliac and have long-term IBS too, and I was so frustrated at being dismissed or given surface-level advice. But with Coho, it’s been a completely different experience. Aga has been amazing - she really listens and makes me feel heard and understood, which is something I hadn’t experienced in traditional healthcare settings. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m getting to the root of what’s going on with my body rather than just managing symptoms. I’ve already noticed a massive improvement in my overall health and wellbeing and it finally feels like I have a clear, supportive path forward. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been seeing Aga to help improve my weak immune system and fatigue symptoms. Having been told my blood test results were in an acceptable range by my GP I was at a loose end on what to try next. I found Coho Health after doing some research on functional medicine, and from the intro call with Dee it was immediately clear they were extremely knowledgeable about chronic health conditions and treating them holistically. It was eye-opening to hear Aga look at the same blood test results and point out that many of my levels were sub-optimal and the different ways we could improve them and help improve my overall health. It’s still early doors but I already feel like I have more energy after a couple of weeks following the program. If you’re willing to put in the effort I don’t think there’s a better investment you can make in your own health. Thanks Aga and the entire Coho team!
What a refreshing and wonderful clinic to work with this past six months. Dee has been such a warm, incredible support in helping me and my partner work through various health problems that were impacting our overall wellbeing and digestion for years. Everything from the customer service to the testing recommendations with Coho Health has been brilliant. Dee's vast knowledge, experience and determination to find a root cause has been nothing short of life changing - I can't recommend Coho enough to anyone who is struggling with their health. Thank you so much Dee.
