Ciara is honestly amazing. She has helped me look at the world from a different perspective, completely without judgement. She’s helped me understand myself more and develop coping mechanisms that I can use in everyday life. I have been seeing Ciara since October 2025, and the difference I’ve seen in myself from our very first session to now has been life-changing. From the beginning, she created a space where I felt safe, listened to, and never judged. She has such a calm and understanding approach, which makes it easier to open up, even about the things I usually struggle to talk about. She never forces or pushes me, only gently encourages me when I feel comfortable. I honestly can’t thank her enough for the support and guidance she’s given me. I truly feel like I’m making progress, and that’s down to her patience, professionalism, and kindness. I’m so grateful for the difference she’s made in my life and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, compassionate support. Honestly couldn’t thank you enough!!
I started seeing Ciara around 6 months ago and she has created such a safe and non judgmental enviroment to proccess my thoughts. I'm neurodivergent and finding a therapist that saw this as a part of me and not the whole, was really important to me - this is just how naturally Ciara approaches my adjustments. She has been so helpful with guidance and bringing resources to the session, for a better understanding of how certian situations are playing out. I'm grateful for the sessions we have had so far and how much it has changed my perspective on myself and proccessing conflict.
I've been working with Ciara for a couple of months now and I've thoroughly enjoyed every session. Ciara is very personable and really easy to talk to. She is a really good listener and she will easily recall things that I've briefly mentioned in previous sessions. I genuinely feel lighter whenever I come out of the sessions. Ciara has created a calm safe environment where I know I can say anything and I know there will be absolutely zero judgement from her end. Her guidance so far has been super helpful and these sessions have slowly become my favourite part of the week.
An amazing woman inside and out. Completely reshapes your life and allows you to refocus, realign and come to terms with past grief, guilt and trauma. Nothing is too minor or major for Ciara, no judgement; only positivity and a sympathetic ear when needed most. Thank you so much for changing my life x
I have been seeing Ciara for about 6 months now and I have always found it difficult to gel with therapists but Ciara has been amazing from the very first visit every I would highly recommend her !!!🙂
Ciara is an angel 💕 She is so caring, approachable and kind 😊 i look forward to our sessions every week because I feel so listened to and feel so much lighter and better after the session 🥰 anyone that is feeling lost and don't know where to start, contact Ciara she will be there to guide you on your therapy journey x☺️💗
I first came to Ciara completely shattered, and from the very beginning she listened to me with such care, paying attention to each and every word. She gave me so much confidence in my personality and helped me face my fears. Ciara is always available and goes out of her way to accommodate urgent appointments if needed, which I truly appreciate. One of the best things about her is the thoughtful little notes she leaves for me after each session, always something meaningful and fruitful to carry with me and add to my growth. She is also brilliant at admin work. I only need to explain my problems in simple words, and she manages to put them perfectly into sentences and communicate them to the right people, whether that’s my GP, university, or elsewhere. I cannot recommend Ciara highly enough. She is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to supporting her clients.
Ciara is kind, empathetic and a great listener. I felt very comfortable opening up and being vulnerable with her right from our first session. She’s helped me in ways I can’t explain and I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone. I also am grateful that in our sessions I don’t feel judged, but instead heard.
Ciara is a fantastic therapist. She made such a difference to our daughter’s life. She helped and coached her through a difficult time with anxiety and we can’t thank her enough. Extremely professional and caring.
I’ve been having sessions with Ciara for the last 2 years now and she’s helped me so much in so many ways possible. She’s one of the most loveliest, most caring people you will ever speak to. I’ve spoken to different therapists before in the past, but no one compares to her, she’s so understanding and genuinely cares about everything you have to say and her advice is so amazing and so helpful. She’s the most loveliest, kindest therapists you’ll ever speak to and I absolutely love speaking to her and look forward to each of our sessions. I feel amazing after each session and she’s helped me so much these past 2 years and I don’t know what I would have done without her. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me she’s helped me so much and I can’t recommend her enough to people. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done for me and I appreciate her time so much, I’m so grateful to have met her and for each and every one of our sessions I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her! She’s one of the most kindest, sweetest and loveliest people you’ll ever speak to.
