1st meeting today so welcoming, will continue to attend .. thankyou π
Serious Concerns About Staff Conduct I am deeply concerned about the behavior of a staff member at CGL (Change, Grow, Live). During my interactions, I was mentally abused by being dismissed and compared unfairly. The staff member claimed that their PTSD was βgreaterβ than mine because of their military service, implying that my experiences, including sexual abuse, were less valid. This is not only insensitive but also completely inappropriate for a professional support environment. Staff should provide understanding and support to all clients, regardless of their background or experiences. This behavior caused me significant distress and is not reflective of the compassionate support I expected from CGL.
Saved my life and I know many others that have been Saved by this place and it's easy to find if you open your eyes
Please be aware that this place is behind Tony's chippy address says 20 Piercy Street but this takes you to a house on the opposite end of the road. Very frustrating trying to find it. Staff are aware but don't explain this when giving out address π€¬
