Helena was fantastic. She tailored the massage precisely to my needs and delivered an intricate, well-structured service that targeted all the areas I needed work on. I left feeling light, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated, and I will definitely be coming back.
I visited Helena for my first AYM session this week and left feeling great! The space and environment makes you feel calm to begin with but having Helena really listen to a couple problem areas I had from past injuries made everything that much more comfortable. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back in the future!
Helena’s approach and massage was amazing. I felt great in the session and even better awards. The setting and setup was really thoughtful and unique. A real treat.
Amazing experience! Helena was lovely and spent time explaining the practise, and picking out essential oil scents with me before. Massage was fantastic and I felt rejuvenated afterwards
Helena is so lovely and took time to understand my needs. I felt very comfortable with her and relaxed during the massage and felt the benefits after, I highly recommend!
I've visited Helena at Calming Palms for multiple AYM sessions and really enjoyed them. I always feel super relaxed and happy after the massage, and then my muscles also feel better for days after. Really good treatments to compliment my busy work schedule and high volume of exercise and training. I definitely recommend visiting Helena for a massage session if you've never been before!
Wow! Suffering with long term soreness in my lower back and thigh I was hopeful that Helena was going to be able to help. Over the years at different times, I have seen an osteopath, chiropractor and physio with each having limited impact on the pain. While it is early days in a 5 session treatment plan, I can honestly say that one visit has already had a significant impact. One of the hip / spine lengthening stretches made me feel a few inches taller than when I had walked in. Helena herself is incredibly kind and understanding with the setting being calm and peaceful. I thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking some blissful moments in their day or seeking to sort a long term skeletal / muscle issue.
Had an absolutely beautiful time at Calming Palms. Helena is wonderful and really takes the time to discuss what you need from your treatment. It was exciting to try a different massage style of AYM and I loved it, will definitely be back soon! Thank you!
Helena was absolutely lovely and put me at ease right away. The room is calm and cosy, and smells like a spa. The dimmed lights and relaxing music put me at ease immediately. The massage was just what I needed. Deep tissue but also relaxing with the scrub. It was one hour of pure bliss ! Would definitely recommend!
Helena is a brilliant masseuse - I left my treatment feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, and woke up the next day feeling 10 times lighter! Cannot recommend enough, everything about my session was amazing and I will absolutely be back for another!!
