So much more than hypnotherapy! Elaine is a true gift to the world of talking therapies with a profound ability to merge intuitive, energy sensitive abilities with a grounded 'keeping it real' approach. She is gentle, warm and extremely approachable whilst at the same time assertive, focused and professional. Both myself and my teenage daughter have benefited hugely by being well-held by Elaine's presence and services during times of crisis and emotional turmoil. My daughter in particular was able to move through an extremely challenging time which impacted every area of her life and filled her with anger and anxiety completely diminishing her self-esteem. She is now radiant and confident as she prepares herself for university. If you are looking around for hypnotherapy or psychotherapy services go see Elaine and find out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
Elaine made me feel very relaxed in our sessions. She helped me with some anxious situations I was dealing with at the time. Elaine is very professional but at the same time very approachable and I felt that I could discuss anything with her. I would highly recommend her.
I had experienced trauma as a child which led to PTSD and after 6 months of treatment on the NHS I was discharged but still felt work needed to be done and Elaine/Blissful mind came recommended from other therapists. I worked with Elaine for about a year and went from having severe anxiety attacks and flashbacks to feeling self confident, happier and even started my own business. Elaine is very honest and assertive in her approach and we used a combination of talking therapy and hypnotherapy to deal with the issues. I still use her techniques today and continue to grow and develop. I would recommend Blissful Mind to anyone.
I have found Elaine to be by far the most sensitive, perceptive, intelligent and encouraging therapist I have ever had the pleasure of having sessions with. I really appreciate her warmth and sincerity, as well as her sense of humour when appropriate. I am so pleased with the progress I have made with her and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
Going to see Elaine last year was the best move I ever made. In 10 sessions I uncovered so much from my past that had been holding me back and making me unhappy for so long. I am a changed person because of those sessions. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Elaine is a very empathetic, intuitive practitioner who will adapt and evolve her approach as you navigate through your journey. I have made huge personal leaps far beyond the initial reasons I went to her. I can not recommend her highly enough.
