Nick has been fantastic. My rehab has accelerated noticeably despite struggling with a long-term injury and having physio in the past. He explains things clearly and his experience shines through. Massage is brutal, but no pain, no gain!

I have only seen Nick twice, so far. He's really amazing at what he does, I went to him with a back issue and I feel so much better already. He's friendly and inviting and he made me feel at ease. Thanks Nick, I will be booking in again soon👐🏻

I had a great experience with Allen, he was very knowledgeable / Obsessed with physiotherapy and the human body. This was my first session. I booked for a deep tissue massage. He really worked out all of the knots in my shoulders, traps and lats. I spoke to him about an injury with my calf and he made sure to look into that and gave me some exercises to work on. For reference my background is climbing, running and calisthenics, Since he is active in sport himself it means he is aware of what the body puts itself through.

One of my colleagues recommended Alan to treat my tennis elbow. Honestly one of the best decisions that I’ve made booking in with him. I’d had pretty bad pain for the past 6 months and he was able to significantly relieve it after the first session. Really knowledgeable, professional and genuinely a really nice guy. Highly recommended!

Exceptional physio from Alan at Athos Physio! Had a few sessions with Alan regarding multiple chronic issues and Alan was professional and personable at all times, with a no nonsense approach that got to the root of my issues straight away. I can’t recommend Alan highly enough. From the first appointment, they were genuinely invested in helping me recover. They took the time to explain what was going on with my injury in clear terms and built a treatment plan that actually made sense for my goals. The sessions were always focused and effective, and I noticed real improvements quickly. They combine hands-on treatment with practical exercises and advice that’s easy to follow at home. Outstanding.

I’ve been to Alan a few times for deep tissue/ sports massages and always had an amazing service. Alan is very friend and easy to talk to when you’re having your treatment. He has helped me in prep and for post hyrox and half marathon training. I will be booking again with him very soon.

I’ve been working with Nick remotely for a few months to improve my overhead mobility, and the progress has been incredible. After years of only making small gains, Nick helped me achieve noticeable, meaningful improvements in a relatively short time. He put together a clear, thoughtful roadmap and did an excellent job explaining the why and mechanics behind every exercise, which made the process both effective and empowering. I’m excited to continue working with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for real results.

Quite simply the best physio I’ve ever been to - head and shoulders above any other I’ve seen. Nick is brilliant at understanding the problem, explaining it really clearly, giving a mix of exercises and activations that are never overwhelming, and doing massage treatment that directly addresses the issue. He addressed two chronic injuries within weeks; for one, I had previously seen seven different physios, had two steroid injections and surgery, and nothing worked - I’m now back playing the sport I love. These appointments have been genuinely life changing and I can’t recommend Athos Physio enough.

I’ve seen my fair share of physios over the years, but Nick stands out for a few key reasons. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms, he explains the why behind everything with clarity and calm confidence. His ability to break things down simply (without dumbing them down) makes it easy to understand what’s going on and what needs to happen next. There’s a clear roadmap from day one. No vague “let’s see how it goes” approach. Nick lays out practical milestones so you actually feel like you’re progressing, not just showing up and guessing. Beyond that, he’s just genuinely easy to be around. Approachable, down-to-earth, and clearly cares about the people he works with. You never feel rushed or like you’re being fed generic advice, everything is tailored, and it shows. Highly recommend.

Alan is such a good physio. It was my first time at the clinic and I was so impressed. His knowledge and treatment were amazing. Sorted me out in a day. I’m about to deliver yoga to 100 people and my leg was giving me problems. Not only did he sort the problem out he helped me with tips to stop it from reoccurring. The clinic is in a lovely setting and he is so welcoming, I felt completely at ease. The treatment was intense in a good way, and Alan was good at distracting me in conversation when certain areas hurt a bit. I will definitely be visiting the clinic again.
