Anna has been amazing at helping me with stress and anxiety. Even though our sessions were online, they felt just as effective and personal as meeting in person. She’s really easy to talk to and has given me lots of practical ways to cope day-to-day. I've noticed real improvements in my wellbeing. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for support. Thanks again Anna!
I've had great results with Anna, and really couldn't recommend her enough. I found her to be patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout our sessions together. Whether you have or haven't had therapy before, Anna is an excellent choice for the next stage in your development. Thank you very much Anna!
I am super grateful to have worked with Anna! Anna was always understanding, kind, supportive and super helpful. Anna was someone I felt safe around and was easy to open up to. I would definitely recommend her! Thank you so much Anna!
Anna was my first therapist and I felt so welcomed and at ease from the very start. I found talking to Anna for even just a few sessions really benefited my mental health, she makes you feel heard and understood. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
Anna was my first ever therapist and she has been nothing short of amazing! She's kind, patient and listens to you with zero judgement whatsoever making it so much easier to open up! She helped bring me out of a dark place and I am truly thankful for all of the advice and tips I gained during our sessions. If you're looking for a non-judgemental, caring and knowledgeable therapist Anna is the one for you! Thank you so much once again for everything, you're amazing at what you do and a truly special soul.
Working with Anna was a great experience for me. She helped me pinpoint and deal with my anxiety issues. I was able to make big life decisions to fix my problems after discussing them with her. She never provided advice, but navigated the conversation expertly and made sure that I asked myself the right questions to come to the conclusion of how to move forward on my own. I will be forever grateful for her guidance and help during a very rough time in my life. If you're thinking about therapy, give Anna a try - she's very easy to talk to and may just be the help you need!
I’ve worked with Anna for a little over a year now via video conferencing and when I think back to where I was, it’s been a game changer to my confidence. Tackling those inner demons is a tough journey, but Anna makes it all that easier through her provision of a safe and comfortable environment with her friendly and open approach. In being validated and heard I’ve been able to cultivate awareness of patterns in thoughts and behaviours which enables me to work through them, and also put a few issues to bed. I am grateful for the flexibility of the sessions also, as I no longer need them on a weekly basis, but as and when situations arise that I need to digest. I truly recommend working with Anna, you'll just wish you started sooner!
I feel very lucky to have found Anna. She's clear, kind and professional in her approach. Anna listened to me and understood my goals and helped me to work towards them. I've made progress and have really valued working with her over the last year. Working with Anna has made a huge difference to me and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
I am so happy that I found Anna’s services. She provides a warm supportive environment and a safe space to talk about whatever you might want to work through within a session. My experience has been incredibly positive and the whole process has been incredibly helpful. It has been one of the few grounding points in a very weird year. Anna’s person centred approach is definitely one I connect with and has helped to unlock a lot of areas I hadn’t even considered when I first approached therapy. Anna has the ability to put you at ease from the very beginning and creates an environment that you feel comfortable working through things in. I cannot recommend having sessions with Anna highly enough.
I worked with Anna for roughly 8 months from (January to August) to help overcome some personal issues I was struggling with at the time. Anna's person centred approach helped me to build confidence in myself and eventually overcome my hurdles. Anna was kind and very easy to work with, she quickly made me feel at ease and provided the perfect atmosphere in which to begin address my problems, I never once felt judged or unable to voice my feelings. Choosing to work with Anna was one of the best decisions I've ever made and have helped me become a happier, more confident person. I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering therapy.
