Thankyou for helping me through my diagnosis and helping me find coping strategies to use for my adhd. Dr Ulhaq And Sarah Owen are truly amazing ( edit- I have now started on my prescribed medication for about a month it has been life changing. I have found massive improvements with friends, work and my focus. I am so happy I went through here to get diagnosed. )
Dr Ulhaq and his team have been incredibly helpful in supporting me in a quick and structured manner. The process was very straightforward and the waiting times were really quick. Thanks all!
I’ve used the ADHD clinic twice now and they have been brilliant! Very professional, very quick to reply to messages, and very quick to organise appointments. I would definitely recommend using the team!
Very happy with the service by the whole team, communication has been seamless throughout, with a timely diagnosis for my daughter which has supported her vastly within her education and with to understand and regulate her emotions.
I had a bad experience when I last tried to get help for my adhd and I was very apprehensive to try again and it took me a year and a half to want to find a new clinic. But my time through diagnosis and treatment with Dr Ulhaq was great. He is very welcoming and personable, and definitely helped with the process more so than he’ll realise. I 100% recommend this clinic
Really attentive and understanding. Helped and continue to help me at every stage. Thank you for your attention to detail and care in this process. I am so glad I found this clinic. Highly recommend! I'm now coming to the point where shared care with my GP is imminent and I feel so confident that my treatment has been top notch. Thank you again.
Our daughter, who was six years old at the time, underwent an assessment for ADHD by Dr. Inam Ulhaq in January 2022, following a recommendation from our daughter's educational psychologist after she received an ASD diagnosis. The impact of Dr. Ulhaq's ADHD diagnosis and the subsequent treatment plan on our daughter's life has been transformative. It has enabled her to reach her full academic potential, as evidenced by her remarkable performance in standardised testing, where she now scores in the 99th percentile. Before receiving the diagnosis and treatment, our daughter faced significant challenges in maintaining concentration for extended periods. However, the diagnosis allowed her school to implement necessary adjustments and accommodations to support her. In conjunction with other professionals involved in our daughter's care, we are in the final stages of applying for an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), and Dr. Ulhaq's diagnosis has played a vital role in this process. While our local CAMHS ADHD clinic offered our daughter a place for treatment, we decided to continue under the care of Dr. Ulhaq due to the exceptional flexibility and high standard of care provided by both Dr. Ulhaq and his team. Dr. Ulhaq's clinic psychologist, Sarah Owen, has been particularly invaluable in coordinating our daughter's care and appointments, as well as liaising with our GP. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ulhaq's services to any parent seeking an ADHD assessment. Our daughter received a comprehensive assessment from a multidisciplinary approach within weeks of our initial inquiry, in contrast to the potentially lengthy waiting period within the NHS system for such an assessment.
I have had both of my daughters assessed for ADHD with Dr Inam Ulhaq. The process has been straightforward and positive and we have been supported at every step by Sarah the Clinic’s lead assistant Psychologist. One daughter is now taking medication which has been transformational; once again the titration process has been straightforward and positive.
I could not recommend this clinic enough, highly skilled and professional service. From the moment I contacted the service, all the staff were so helpful and informative about the entire process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. And they put any worries or anxieties I had about the process to bed immediately. I want to thank Dr Ulhaq, a renowned specialist in the field of adult ADHD, and his team of psychologists for their outstanding work in helping people on the ADHD path to assessment and treatment. This clinic will take you from the very beginning to the end of your assessment and way beyond afterwards to manage your care and personal needs and any treatment upon diagnosis. Thank you for the fantastic service that you provided to me in helping to change my life for the better. I could not recommend this clinic enough-five ***** service from start to finish. All the best. James North-West UK
Dr Ulhaq and his team were warm, efficient and reassuring. After a misdiagnosis by CAHMS many years earlier, and significant challenges in every aspect of my child’s life since, Dr Ulhaq confirmed a combined ADHD diagnosis within a short few weeks of my initial enquiry. The diagnosis and medication has resulted in a substantial positive outcome. My child received better grades in school just a few months after starting his medication. Family life is far less stressful and days out and holidays more enjoyable. I would highly recommend to any family who suspect their child has ADHD to invest in a private consultation - it has vastly improved our lives.
