Turning Point is a drug and alcohol support service with over 50 years of experience, serving Central and West London communities. They offer support for a wide range of substance dependencies, including alcohol, heroin, cocaine, and cannabis. Their approach involves matching clients with a key worker for regular one-to-one sessions to set manageable goals, which may include reducing substance use, developing healthier habits, or emotional management. The service also provides access to recovery programmes, peer support through specific groups like LGBTQIA+ and women's activities, and practical assistance such as finding courses or volunteering opportunities. They also offer outdoor activities and medical assessments, including detox and rehab. Support is available for families and friends, with targeted help for individuals experiencing rough sleeping, involved in the criminal justice system, or who are parents. Turning Point also provides free Naloxone kits to help prevent overdose deaths.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had. I was very much looking forward to start this program and get help, but after a first call i have literally been "ghosted" by the person who was supposed to help me. We arranged a in person meeting, i took my afternoon off for it, its been canceled an hour before, then they were supposed to call me back they never did. I have called and chase them just to be ignored. PLEASE bear in mind that you are dealing with fragile persons, this treatment isn't right for anyone, but can be very dangerous for people who deal with addictions and mental health issues. Extremely disappointed.
Says open 9o'clock try to get trough on phone, try to get trough at all....
Chinatown. It feels like you've stepped out of London. A visit and a stroll through its streets are a must.
