Where do I even begin?! During a huge life transition - receiving my ADHD diagnosis, moving to a new city, starting a new job, and getting married - Liana held space for every emotion and reflection, helping me navigate it all with clarity and confidence. After receiving Access to Work support, I spent a long time searching for the right ADHD coach. Following some difficult pre-diagnosis experiences, I was understandably hesitant - particularly about finding someone culturally competent and genuinely open to conversations about culture, religion, chronic illness, age discrimination, womanhood, and identity, without judgment or a lack of lived understanding. When I spoke to Liana about my concerns, her supportive and confident response immediately reassured me. I sensed good things were ahead and coaching with her has exceeded every expectation! Liana has supported me across so many areas of my life. She’s helped me understand ADHD and recognise the patterns that show up in my internal world, work, marriage, family, friendships and culture. Through our sessions, I’ve developed a sound level of self-compassion, understanding, enhanced communication tools and have a level of grace I truly didn’t have before. She is warm, personable, and incredibly adaptable. Whether through visuals, structured conversations, accountability, or goal-setting, she tailors her approach to what works best for you (and on the days you’re unsure, she always has a plan!). Hearing her perspective and how she navigates her own ADHD journey, adds a powerful layer of lived experience that makes a real difference. I’ll genuinely miss our sessions (and her thoughtful, encouraging compliments by email and on calls!). Each session includes detailed round-ups, notes, resources - from books and podcasts to videos and apps - plus recordings to revisit. A special thank you as well to her assistant, who is always responsive and helpful. A few of my biggest wins has been rebuilding routines, returning to reading, advocating better for myself, supporting my workplace in developing a neurodiversity policy (thanks to now being able to be my most authentic self) and finally completing tasks that once took months or even years. I now have the capacity and better self-awareness to prioritise myself, my health and my time. I’m forever grateful for the tools and guidance Liana's given me to transform the narrative I hold about myself and my life. I genuinely look forward to living a life with this continued growth and better self awareness. Truly can’t recommend Liana enough!
Liana has been absolutely wonderful and I fully recommend her. Working with someone who not only understands, but has ADHD has made such a difference for me with a late diagnosis :)
Life Changing Support and Understanding💞 Working with Liana has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Before I started coaching with her, I didn’t truly understand my ADHD which has not yet been diagnosed and how much it was affecting my daily life. Liana has such a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach that made me feel seen, heard, and understood from day one. She has helped me make sense of my patterns, build better routines, and most importantly start being kinder to myself. Her insights, patience, and practical tools have helped me improve my focus, reduce overwhelm, and finally start making progress in areas I’d been stuck in for years. What I love about the sessions is that there is always an email with a recap of what is discussed and also time stamps of key moments from the sessions that are recorded so that you can look back on them. Liana doesn’t just give advice she empowers you to understand yourself and build systems that actually work for the way your brain works. I can honestly say I feel more confident, organised, and hopeful for the future thanks to her guidance. Honestly if you are struggling with ADHD (diagnosed or not) and want real, compassionate, and effective support, I couldn’t recommend Liana more highly as she is amazing💞
Liana has a clear and structured approach which helped me stick to routines, implement strategies for self development and better catch my self in moments of unhlepful habits. She is very personable and having her available via whatsapp in between calls has given me an extra layer of support.
Liana has been an excellent coach and has helped me learn how to understand and accept my authentic self. Her tools have been really helpful and life changing! She is a very good listener and an empathetic and acceptive person, which is what I needed from a coach for my transformation to happen. Very grateful I chose her for my journey of self discovery!
I met Liana through the 'Access to work' process for my dyslexia. I was initially nervous about the sessions as I did not know what to expect however immediately after meeting Liana I felt at ease. Liana provided structure to the sessions so that I got the most appropriate support/advice but always ensured she continuously asked what i wanted/needed to focus on. Liana wasn't just there to help me with my Dyslexia, she had a holistic approach and really paid attention to other factors that were affecting me in my personal life and didn't just focus on my work role. I would recommend Liana to anyone.
Working with Liana in the past 8 weeks has been life-changing. Her ADHD coaching has helped me understand myself in ways I never imagined—teaching me practical tools while guiding me to connect with my inner critic and higher self with compassion. Her support taught me to self-advocate, manage rejection sensitivity, and approach challenges with more clarity, confidence, and kindness. Liana creates a safe, supportive space where I can explore, reflect, and grow. Her methods have been transformative in both my personal and work life. I’m so grateful for her knowledge, wisdom, and encouragement—she has helped me move forward on my ADHD journey. I highly recommend her coaching to anyone seeking strategies, genuine understanding, and growth.
I am extremely grateful to Liana, my ADHD coach. She has truly been a transformative influence in my life. Liana has an impressive understanding of ADHD and the unique challenges it presents, which I value immensely. Her empathetic approach fosters a safe and supportive environment where I feel comfortable sharing my experiences. Through our sessions, Liana has introduced me to various strategies and tools tailored specifically to my needs, leading to significant improvements in my focus and productivity. I’ve learned to manage my time more effectively and prioritize my tasks, which has made a noticeable difference in both my personal and professional life. Liana consistently maintains a positive attitude and encourages me to celebrate my achievements, no matter how small. This has greatly boosted my confidence and motivated me to pursue my goals. Thanks to Liana's guidance, I am making strides toward better self-management, and I am seeing improvements in my self-confidence. Thank you for everything!
I have now had 5 sessions with Liana through Access to Work, and have found her to be an excellent coach. She strikes the right balance between encouraging me to implement new strategies and challenge myself, while acknowledging that doing so is difficult and not always possible. Whatever issue I bring to the table she has models and strategies to help, and is a great listener. In my time working with Liana so far I have developed new ways of doing things, become more confident in myself and more self-aware. I am very excited to continue working with her.
I was referred to Liana under Access to Work, after being diagnosed with ADHD aged 35. I had no clue what to expect from our sessions, but Liana immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable talking to her about some fairly personal topics. I rarely attended sessions with specific discussion topics in mind, but Liana is brilliant at asking the right questions and working out what would be beneficial to cover. One of the things that I appreciated most is that Liana provided me with fact-based models to use. I was already very self-aware of the impact of my symptoms on my life and wellbeing, however, I lacked the insight & practical tools to manage my symptoms. Being autistic as well, I found a factual/scientific approach so much easier when managing my symptoms. All of the models helped me to uncover aspects of my ADHD that I was not aware of, and they have contributed to my taking better care of myself - I have noticed a significant improvement in my resilience since concluding the sessions with Liana. I would thoroughly recommend Liana and her coaching services.
