A warm, friendly and nurturing environment as soon as you set foot in the door. And everyone is extremely friendly. Becky, on the front desk, is totally on it, efficient and discreet. An all round nourishing experience for the soul.

As an international student, SelfSpace is my safe place away from home. A place where I feel warm and I feel kindness when things don’t feel too kind sometimes.

I’ve used Self Space on and off since 2019, not only for personal therapy but also to help me navigate work challenges and relationships. What I really value is how accessible it is, booking is easy, sessions feel flexible rather than clinical, and it fits into real life without added friction. The price point has also made it possible for me to return when I’ve needed support, rather than feeling like therapy is an all-or-nothing commitment. That accessibility has genuinely mattered over the years, and it’s why Self Space has remained a service I trust and come back to.

Self Space impressed me so much. It’s unique in what it sets out to achieve in breaking barriers in mental health awareness. Everyone is approachable in a welcoming environment. Thank you❤️

When my house move triggered some historic issues I immediately booked into SS. I hadn’t tried EMDR before but knew SS offered it and managed to secure some sessions straightaway which enabled me to get things under control before spiralling. My therapist was amazing and the cosy setting meant I instantly felt more stabilised and over the coming weeks I found useful coping strategies. Cannot recommend SS enough.

I go to Self Space Soho every week (or two) for a recurring therapy appointment with an amazing therapist who has guided me to a person I'm really proud of. We've worked together for over a year now and I recommend anyone considering their therapy matching process to take that first step. I am really lucky to have had Self Space in my life on and off for the past ten years (the most consistent since September last year).

If you’re looking for maintenance type therapy, someone to chat through life stuff with, then self space is an accessible way to do that. Their online system makes booking really easy, and I like their therapist matching tool. HOWEVER, if you have serious mental health problems, I would not recommend self space. I saw a therapist for around 6 months at self space, and she was great, but she left and the space didn’t communicate this with me until I turned up for a session and someone else had been allocated to me, who had a totally different therapy style and didn’t suit. I tried a a few other therapists, and again found none of them to be a good fit. The most alarming thing is that last year I was going through a serious mental breakdown, experiencing suicidal ideation, which resulted in me actually attempting suicide. Over the months leading up to this, I saw different self space therapists, sobbing throughout the sessions and openly telling them how I felt and the SI I was experiencing. I didn’t feel that any of them understood the severity of what was going on, with one therapist telling me verbatim “you’ll be fine”. I think self space can be a great tool for mental health maintenance, and I like the smooth accessible format it takes. But for serious mental health problems, steer clear.

100% recommend Self Space its a cool and positive brand which definitely lifts your mood and gives life that added little sparkle it can sometimes lack, especially Soho! A welcoming, calm reception greets you and then you’re transported into a world where you can be 100percent open and it is important to note that it is without any judgement! My journey like yours is ongoing and if you are in need of a chat, or let off steam, reflect and work out who you really are then this is a SAFE space for you to evolve! Check out their cool social media totally uplifting! Give Self Space a go!

The place was really comfortable. The staff guided me around, told me about the service in detail. She was so kind. Finally I became a fan of this company. I am a Japanese, so I wish this kind of service would also be widespread in Japan<3 Thank you✌️
