Massage was actually good, really intense and deep tissue like I asked for, but the lady finished early! I came upstairs and told the receptionist but she would refuse to give me a slight discount even on a future massage. I was suggesting we do another half an hour right away and I am happy to pay more towards it as long as they give me some sort of discount but they would not, shame!

I had a foot and body massage with James for 90min. I travel a lot for work and have seen many different therapists all over the world. James gave one of the best massages I have ever had anywhere. Super thorough and professional. The perfect mix of enough pressure to move and release muscle tension, while calming and soothing the nervous system. Highly recommend.

The reason why I still came here to leave a review even though I haven't personally experienced this place is as follows: Firstly, I don't have any mental problems or antisocial personality. I am very friendly towards others when they don't offend me. Secondly, I don't know if the word "nicely" in the reply means pushing someone away with your hands? Regarding the queue issue, we saw the queue reaching the entrance of the store. We stood at the entrance of the store for a few seconds, considering whether so many people would still buy Baofu Master's products. Then, the store staff came out and pushed us away with their hands.

Rio, Amy, and Grace healed us in 45 mins. from days of walking around London. We had to add on an additional 30 mins of back massage because we enjoyed it so much.

Excellent massage with firm pressure from Anna! I was in search of a safe, comfortable spot for a walk-in massage. I wanted a female masseuse, appropriately dressed to make me feel comfortable. This was a great option. They accepted me right away and I felt comfortable and well-respected throughout. She was also sensitive to my sore leg and very courteous. Good, safe walk-in option after a long day of sightseeing!

During my vacation, I have visited this place 3 times in a week, it’s addictive and was the best closure of my day. Rio was professional and welcoming he made us feel comfortable right away. While Diana has magical healing hands that melts away any tension.

As a Thai therapist, I was expecting a bit more but was a little disappointed. So what happened was My friend and I did it in a couple of rooms. The therapists serving us were talking and laughing in the middle of the massage. My therapist was male but his pressure was not as deep as I thought. He didn't ask me anything about concentrating areas. He just started leaving my forearms, feet, and hands untouched. Which left me feeling incomplete massage. We asked for a 45-minute massage, I know 45 minutes is a little less time to focus everywhere but giving a little minute to each part would have been good. He thought it was an hour and he started doing head and face massage after 40 minutes of massage. I didn't like the fact that the lady from outside was asking them to finish in a loud voice and our therapist responded loudly saying we finished which startled us. Overall massage was okay but not as expected but they need to improve their customer service. & The atmosphere is cozy and nice.
