Simon was such a great help not only physically but mentally. He got to know me in our initial intro and made me feel comfortable which was important to me as my first time going to a physio. I had lower back pain from lifting a mattress and the pain hadn’t subsided for over 3 months. Two seasons after seeing Simon and I was back to normal, and in the gym. I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym.
I saw Simon Cabot who was excellent and sorted my knee issue quickly and professionally. He prescribed a simple set of exercises which got me back to full mobility and exercise swiftly. This was particularly important as I was in the middle of a 5 month world tour with a band involving considerable travel. Highly recommend!

I came in to see Urja after experiencing months of tightness in the body. I also had a chest infection a couple months before and it left me with a lot of tightness in my chest/lungs and I wasn’t able to breathe at full capacity. Immediately after my session, my body felt like it was 99% back to baseline and I could take a full deep breath again. Emotionally, I also felt so much more free and relieved. You get so much more than just physio with Urja. It’s a complete mind, body, soul healing experience.

She gives me exercise plans that take my lifestyle into account, so I can incorporate her exercise recommendations into my daily routine, which is way more sustainable. Nothing is ever a small problem - she pays great attention to any discomfort I feel, and makes sure to address it. I highly recommend her as a physio. The clinic itself is also great, very clean and welcoming. The staff are super nice and always eager to help. The gym is pretty cool and well-organized.
