Unsure what's happening with this business, scheduled an appointment online, got a confirmation email, arrived early but door is locked and nobody answered phone calls or the buzzer.
Overall, while the massage was good, the customer service wasn’t… I attempted to buzz in 5 min early to my appointment but no one answered. So I called to get let in. They told me they were running 15 min late and asked me to wait outside. Today in London was rainy, cold, and windy. I insisted to be let in to wait inside. I came inside, they asked me how long I wanted, and I said I booked for an hour and a half, but if they were going to be 15 min late, I wasn’t sure if I would have the time. They suggested an hour then, I paid and they saw me to the room and immediately began the massage (not sure what happened to running late?). The massage was good, until the lady stopped at 45-50min, which I had paid for 60. I had to go out and tell her she stopped at least 10 min early, then she tried to gaslight me that she didn’t, and I had to show her my phone call log when I was trying to get into the building which was clearly after the current time I was talking to her. She said “what do you want me to do?” I want to finish the massage…. Overall, I won’t go back though the massage did help the tension in my shoulders and back.
So far my best message experience in london Friendly staff, professional and great message by Nisha. She helped me with my sore shoulder and did an amazing job. Recommended

Better than the Thai massages I've had in Thailand. Wonderful, friendly, polite and professional staff. Super clean and aromatic premises. I will definitely be back for more.
