This is an incredible clinic, professional, obliging and helpful. They go above and beyond. We at Action in Autism feel so blessed to be associated with the excellent standards set by the Autism Clinic London.
Amazing service, clinicians very knowledgable and helpful from start to finish. Would definitely use their services again.
Don’t bother. Clinicians gonna on holiday half way through your diagnosis for 3 weeks then delay getting reports your promised. They lie to you about how long the process will take if you can get hold of someone. You call and half the time the phones don’t get answered. Months later I’m still sat here waiting for a report and my son still isn’t in school as school can’t prepare for needs they don’t have confirmed. Waste of time so avoid at all costs.
My daughter has been diagnosed last week, I'm glad i went with this clinic as I got the answers that I needed. I didn't want to wait for the nhs assessment which would take 2 years. I saw both the Dr Taylors and they both were extremely great. Very friendly and polite. They reassured me with my daughter diagnosis and answer any questions politely. Everytime they spoke to me they would stop and ask me whether I was OK as a parent it was devastating to me that my daughter is autistic. For the first time I felt as if I was being listened to and felt comfortable. I would like to say thanks to Dr rakesh Taylor for diagnosing my daughter and the Claudia for making my daughter feel comfortable for checking her for the health examination. Also alireza alidina was very incredible and made the session fun. He was very very polite and letting us know what he was doing and why he was doing it. I learnt alot from his session. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
I called the number listed for Autism Clinic London, only to be told that they are not actually the autism clinic. I was then informed that to reach the correct clinic, I would need to contact the main office via email. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing—if a number is provided on Google, it should connect directly to the right place. Poor communication like this only makes it harder for people seeking support.
A fantastic experience start to finish. After almost 2 years on our local trusts waiting list, we decided to explore private diagnosis. My daughter has just had her diagnosis within 4 weeks from initial enquiry. Dr Rakesh Tailor was exceptional. The experience has been brilliant. Thank you!
such an amazing experience, the doctors are amazing and have such k owlets and understanding. they’re super child friendly and know just how to interact with autistic children, it was a smooth and simple process from start to finish.
I would like to say "thank you very much" to Dr Najib Yusuf. He emphasised with my worries and recommend to Gp the refer of my son to the specialists. Alex's mum
Incredible, humane and excellent support was provided to Action in Autism and the constituency of autistics and their families we support in South Africa. I highly recommend the Autism Clinic London to any family requiring their basket of services. Thank you Autism Clinic London.
Very helpful! Dr. Ricky Ahuja was very clear about the process and helped me understand the diagnostic criteria. He also provided excellent insights into the developmental aspects of children around the ages of 11-13, and the impact that has on ASD assessment. Highly recommend this practice as a resource on your ASD journey.
