After considering a few different coaches, I had a complimentary consultation with her that immediately stood out. It gave me the chance to ask questions, get a feel for her approach, and understand how she could support my personal development. From that very first conversation, I felt confidence in her ability to help. I’ve now been working with her for about three months, and in that time she’s provided a variety of practical strategies that have made a real difference in how I manage my dyslexia. She takes the time to t understand you—your goals, your challenges, and how you work best—and then tailors her approach accordingly. Her insights have been incredibly valuable, helping me understand not just the struggles I face, but the reasons behind them. That context has made the tools and techniques she offers even more effective. She’s also recommended some great resources, like Lumosity for improving executive function and a Rest & Recovery protocol that has helped me sleep better. Working with her has been extremely helpful and would I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalised support.

Anna has been a great help for our family. Our 6yo is being assessed for ADHD and both his sleep and behavioural challenges have been hugely improved by nutritional and behavioural advice Anna provided us with.

I highly recommend Coach Anna, especially for neurodivergent individuals seeking structured, empathetic, and results-driven support. Anna brings a deep understanding of how to tailor her coaching to different learning styles and processing needs. She has a remarkable ability to break down complex information into manageable, digestible chunks that are easy to understand and apply. Each session with Anna is clear and purposeful. She sets actionable, realistic targets and checks in on progress in the following session, creating a strong sense of continuity and accountability. Her style is warm, friendly and approachable, yet she maintains a firm grip on helping you move forward and stay focused. Anna’s coaching isn’t just supportive - it gets results. Her calm, knowledgeable presence creates a space where you feel seen, understood and motivated to grow. I’ve found her input invaluable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a coach who truly gets it.

My name is Emma, I am warning people not to trust Annadaphna to coach you from my personal experience. Here is a long story short, I had a zoom meeting with Anna yesterday at 5pm, Anna was seeking lead generation help from my marketing agency, Anna was drinking a glass of wine and appeared drunk during the meeting, she was arrogant, rude and stated that she will not pay any upfront payment, and expecting me to work free for her until I get her leads. I asked her, would she takes upfront payment from your client, she said: Yes. But she refuse to pay any upfront payment. When I explain to her about what we can help her to do and we do takes upfront payment, she hang up and ended the meeting unexpectedly. I just want people to know that drinking wine, being arrogant and rude to another human being in a professional meeting is inappropriate, unacceptable, and untrusted. My son has ADHD, he was diagnosed when he was 8 years old, I will never ever allow someone who is treating other people badly to coach my child. People want help from a professional who are genuinely a kind and respectful person, not two face, Annadaphna switchs to kind face when she want to take money from other people, and switch to awful face when it suits her. People have rights to know what is Annadaphna really like behind your back.

I was facing considerable stress, chaos, and multiple new late-life diagnoses when I came to Anna. Her support has been at once compassionate and appropriately challenging. She has helped me to develop strategies to manage and structure the competing demands of life while tailoring these to improve my knowledge of what does and does not work for me. I am very grateful for her support and highly recommend her to others.

I am so grateful to have had Anna’s support and dedicated ADHD coaching service for the last few months. She has given me clear, actionable strategies to address the multiple components of ADHD, and she has tailored everything to suit my needs. Anna’s understanding of ADHD and its complications is second to none, and she handles all sessions with professionalism and care. Anna’s calm and understanding manner make her sessions a safe space where I feel free to share the trials and tribulations of my life with ADHD. So thank you Anna for everything you have helped me with!
