Charlotte has made a real difference in my life. I’ve been holding onto personal struggles for over 15 years, and she is the first person who helped me feel comfortable enough to talk about them. She listens with care, understanding, and respect. I feel lucky to have her support, and I’m very thankfulπŸ™πŸ™β€οΈ

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support I received from Filipa and the SEND MInd team while filling out DLA forms for my nonverbal, but very kind and smart sons, Akram and Amir. Filipa was exceptionally helpful and kind. Thank you, SEND MInd, for standing by and supporting UK families. A Grateful Mother

Rosie at Send in Mind is knowledgable, compassionate and helpful. With her help we successfully applied for a Blue Badge and she also offered a listening ear for other concerns. We are very grateful for this fantastic service

I was told about WCL Mind group peer support sessions by the NHS and decided to attend one, I found it to be a beneficial session and it was there I met Charlotte who became my 1:1 peer support worker. We went on to have weekly sessions which were incredibly supportive and helpful. I was on a waiting list for an NHS therapist and our sessions provided me with a safe space I could talk about whatever I needed. Charlotte is a wonderful person with a genuine, kind, and caring nature. Her support and guidance has been instrumental in my ongoing journey to "reclaim my life" as she says. Along with her insights and helpful tools for reframing difficult and often painful perspectives, I have grown as a person and been aided to heal parts of myself. I continue to talk with Charlotte on an ad hoc basis while I engage with therapy which provides a useful check-in, and time for reflection as my journey through life continues. I highly recommend WCL Mind and their support staff to anyone who is seeking assistance in coping with the challenges that life throws up. Thank you for the work you do, and for providing a safe space to explore my thoughts and feelings. I am very grateful and know I have come closer to myself and the person I want to be with Charlotte's ongoing support and guidance.

I have received support from Caroline for a number of years now. She has been my rock in an uncertain journey. Caroline has shown me to navigate this unbearable journey, my daughter’s suicide in a way I couldn’t have achieved on my own. She has opened doors for me to attend conferences, join a suicide prevention group called Hold the Hope, just to name a few. I can’t speak highly enough of Caroline she was a steadfast in choppy waters.

After I was referred to WCL Mind I soon received a call, and was set up with a weekly supportive 1-2-1 call, and given details for fortnightly group peer support sessions (alternating between face to face and online). Both of these were invaluable for their support, reassurance that I was not alone feeling the way I was, guidance and comfort. I thank and recommend the team.

Great group and peer support, inclusive and understanding of all issues. Have both formal and casual group therapy sessions. Recommended for anyone who is struggling and needs a group to connect with

All the workers are so caring and genuine empathy is always being shown. The Peer support groups are a wonderful way of feeling more included and enables everyone to share their mental health journey without feeling that they are being judged. THANK YOU ☺️

Extraordinary service with some extraordinary people working with them. Have been utterly invaluable towards my grief journey after losing my brother. The support they offer Londoners during a mental health crisis are incredible and so so important. Thank you WCL Mind for doing what you're doing.
