After telephone enquiry, received first and only rude email saying they could not carry out a basic dyslexia/dyscalculia assessment. Please do not contact us again. No reason given. No information on costs to procedure....... just blanked! wow. Something odd about this company.
I had a private ADHD assessment for my daughter with Advanced Assessments and I couldn’t be happier. The doctor was extremely kind, professional and approachable. My daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process, which meant a lot to us. They were also very patient and supportive when I had difficulties completing the paperwork – they sent me clear emails with instructions and guidance on what to do, which was a huge help. I recently had a dyslexia assessment with Dr Horsford and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a comfortable environment, no judgment at all (which was what i was most worried about) and the time went by very quick. He’s a very kind person and will do his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The final report was very clear and gave me ways to help at school and at work . All in all a great experience!
