Staff Push you away from there service. Probably special selection!
I was turned away and once I was let in, staff were very unhelpful
New manager, as bad as the last one. When you go the liverpool light, you may be contemplating ending your life, if you are unlucky the new manager will be there and it's pot luck if you get in depending on if he likes your face or not. You wont see a smile like in this picture, you will be met with his cold dead eyes, no empathy, no compassion, no care. He will turn you away with no conscience if he don't like your face, he will make a new policy up on a whim, to use to get rid. He has no concern about our mental health. This is his stepping stone for something else. He stinks of insincerity and lacks any compassion. All these people will have left next year, moved themselves on to new jobs, the jobs they really want - the directors of this place will a get a new lot in who will be there a year or so then move on. There is no loyalty or genuine care - just a pathway to their future jobs. In his eyes we are worthless, just an inconvenience, he will drop us like a a cold bag of sick. I am so down and depressed right now and there is nothing out there except this. What are we suppose to do, where are we supposed to go. Surely a great city like ours deserves better mental health support than this.
