I've lived under the yoke of Imagine Independence for 10 years, and my life is honestly worse now than it was before I was supported by them. They care more about profits than their service user's quality of life, and some of their staff are frankly, bullies. The rest are apathetic, where once they cared are now jaded and detached. If you value your mental health, join another service. If you value your sanity, steer way clear of them - either for employment or engaging with their staff. Please think twice before falling into the same trap I did.
