Bloody bed was horrible, then they sent me hospital, probably because I am NHS

The best part of of the rehab course at st Anne’s is when fhe13 weeks is over we all go to the pub and have a right session

Most staff nice and friendly was told ring anytime for update as it was my partner that was in was told I'd get support but very rude on phone my partner has come out worse than when he went in although the alchol is out of his system he is very iĺ and in pain with 2nd stage bed sores

The best choice I made 18 months ago st annes changed my life lovely and very helpful staff food is good thanks again every one st annes God bless you all

Vile! Absolutely a waste of my time. All that money for nothing! Relaxation was a absolute joke! Pretending to be at beach breathing in and breath out! Few good members a staff but no real knowledge of what alcoholism is! No proper considering or actual HELP in what ya need to do to make ya life better! Food was disgusting, different rules for particular people, favourites for certain staff. Help yourself ya don't get recognised CAUSE A SCENE YA BESTEST AND NEED MOSTEST HELP! Too much money outs benefits for standards lower than what ya expect. No extra help NICE BLACK FOLDER AND WALLETS I love stationary! Joke. Worse than highschool! Thanks again. Lol. DOESNT DESERVE THE STAR A RATED HOWEVER CANNOT POST UNLESS A MARK 1 STAR!!!

I am approaching my final two days here after detox & I can honestly say my expectations were not high on completion of this detox. I was proven totally wrong on many levels. The staff are absolutely wonderful & 100% committed to help your needs 24 hours a day if you need that extra bit of help. They have a nurse on 24hrs a day and they always introduce themselves to you so you are aware of who they are. The other service users are friendly who will either offer you help or talk about their experiences. In my opinion the staff at St Anne’s saved my life, helped me understand what damage I am doing to myself. You do actively engage with them throughout the journey whilst here at St Anne’s. I will leave this by saying a massive thank you to every staff member at St Anne’s that made my journey possible. Words will never be enough.

The best choice l ever made.l was killing my self with alcohol. St anne's saved my live and my brother and friends are also happy.plus the staff and the doctors and nurses was amazing.

I've just come out of a detox at St Annes and I can honestly say it's the best decision I have ever made in my life.. the staff were absolutely amazing and always helpful.. the other residents were also very nice people and informative on there own experiences, if you ever needed someone to speak to everybody was open to talk to you. Before I went in there I was really suffering and just after under a week of attending st annesi feel like a brand new person. I would recommend this place to anybody who is suffering from addiction it is 100% worth it.

This place is amazing, wonderful friendly caring staff and wonderful facilities, if your're considering a detox or rehab or both I couldn't recommend this place more.

Took my sister in law in here to sort her self out !! the staff was tops but she never stuck by there help and as soon as she got home she was back at it with all the lies and drinking but that's her ! No this is the place to take your loved ones just so sorry all the staff wasted there time on her now she's looking forward to spending time jail after robbing her dad of his life savings
