I had six physiotherapy sessions here for back and hip pain, and the experience has been incredibly positive. When I first started treatment, the pain was affecting my daily life and even simple activities felt difficult. I was quite worried about how long recovery would take. The physiotherapist was very professional, patient and reassuring. They carefully assessed my condition and clearly explained what was happening with my body, which helped reduce a lot of my worries. The exercises and treatment plan were tailored to my situation and gradually helped me rebuild strength and confidence. After six sessions, I have made great progress and have been able to return to normal daily activities and get my life back on track.
