Just had an incredible massage with Olga which she fitted in last minute on my lunch break. I have had a really sore back and neck for a while now and she did a great job of massaging those areas and giving me a full body massage. Will absolutely be back!

Pheonix health and wellbeing is a heaven on earth and an absolute life saver. I have been attending for 18+ months and I have always had a warm friendly welcome from day 1. I have recieved massages from Heather, Olha and Judita and I have had counselling with Angie and now Victoria and everyone is so lovely and very highly skilled. The massages have been out of this world and the counselling has helped me alot. The staff members are so inviting and can have a laugh with each and everyone of them. Liz is such a lovely polite and welcoming person and nothing is too much and always puts a smile on my face. Heather and Judita is fun to chat to and they have me laughing which is always a nice thing. Heather's healing hands are magical but her smile is so contagious. Judita is funny and will talk and have a laugh when you need a pick me up or she works her magic in silence if you want that. Zoe is really sweet and lovely to speak to and Ali who sadly left always made me feel good. This place is a life saver and if there was a heaven on earth this would be it. Amazing service amazing people and amazing all round quality massages and counselling. Thanks life savers. I have read the few 1 star reviews and the feedback is a joke. 1 of them is 1 star because of the cancellation and no refund but it clearly states you need to give at least 24hr notice as staff needs to be paid so when they say they gave 23.5hr notice they wonder why it's been taken? It's been taken because it states clearly you need to give them AT LEAST 24 hours notice and 23.5hr is not at least 24 hours and neither is 23hr 59mins! The response from Pheonix with this is also so professional which is just amazing but I don't need to be professional and if it was me responding I'd tell them to go learn maths. So much respect to them for not giving them a response like this but shows how professional they are when it's hard to be. 1 of them is about how they had to wear masks during covid and they didn't want to but it was a rule by the government so they had no choice so it makes no sense to why they would complain about the charity following strict guidelines because they was protecting everyone. People just need to stop being self centred and think of others just like these staff members. 1 was rude staff? I been going now for 2 years and I never ever have experienced rudeness from a single member of staff nor have I seen them treat anyone with rudeness and I been going weekly twice a week and it's never happened. The staff don't have a rude bone in their body. 1 of them was about specialist counselling yet it states they do not do that on their site. 1 if them is about all they care about is money and not the person? I have never heard so much rubbish in all my life. It's a charity that does discounted services and they don't make any profit on the extremely highly professional services they provide and I have never ever seen a member of staff be anything other than kind and lovely to everyone and going above and beyond for them and never rude when they could have easily been. The charity has rules which are clear and concise and laid out in a very professional way for a reason! 1 of them say discriminated against them because they have Autism? Well I too have Autism and I have never ever been discriminated towards because of my disability or my mental health conditions and have always been treated with the upmost respect and staff have always been so lovely and kind and goes above and beyond for me to accommodate me in ways I need to be! This place is amazing with Extroadinary staff members and each and every member of staff are highly professional and respectful and deserves better than uneducated spoilt clueless and ungrateful and narrow minded people that spit their dummy out when they don't get their own way simply because they have clearly misunderstood and misjudged the expectations, rules and members of staff who always remain kind lovely caring and supportive throughout that are super talented and special in their own way. Keep up the amazing work!

Great massage, very friendly staff - Olha and Judita are particularly skilled. Good prices and very convenient location in central Leeds with bike parking right outside. I'll be back again and again!

When I attended for my first massage with Heather feeling really anxious, I entered the waiting area. The receptionist was really lovely and then Heather took me into a lovely calming room where it settled my nerves a bit. The bed was heated but was turned down at my request which was great. I got ready and the massage begun. The full body massage I received from Heather was absolutely insane, felt incredibly amazing, it settled my anxiety almost immediately and she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. As I was recieveing the massage it felt incredible, she knew exactly what she was doing and did it really well. I was given a drink at the end and my body felt great. Heather is such a talent and brilliant massage therapist and comes extremely highly recommended and I look forward to booking with her in the future. Keep up the incredible work and thank you for the most amazing massage ever. I have continued to attend massages since Heather has been on maternity and got Judita as a massage therapist and she has filled big boots and her massages are equally as awesome. Judita deep tissue massages feel really amazing, she gets the pressure perfect every time where I need it. Judita head massages are proper nice and her relaxation massages are seriously relaxing and feels wonderful. Judita is very talented and has magic hands too. Thank you Heather and Judita for your incredible talent and your amazing and absolutely incredible massages they are just insanely phenomenal.

The reception always friendly and effient. I've had a number of deep tissue massages from Judy who I feel very at ease with. My back is so much better since these sessions,I feel amazing afterwards but the benefits continue to generally improve my back and neck. Thankyou judy

I've been coming to Pheonix for massage treatments since about 2018 and have also had counselling here too. I feel very grateful that this kind of place exists to help support people through hardship and health issues through the use of services like counselling and holistic treatements. It's become one of my safe places, the environment is cosy and the staff are always so warm and friendly. I always feel in good hands with the massage therapists but especially love coming for relaxation massages with Viv, she has such a beautiful calming energy.

I have known about this company since 2019 and they remain true to their values. Caring, considerate and a wonderful charity helping others. This was my third use of their services and wow Olha was superb with my deep tissue. I’ll always continue to recommend their services.

You are seen as just another number in what is ultimately a company making money off other peoples traumas and misfortune. I have attended all my counselling sessions to date and always paid (spent in the region of £300 so far) and currently about half way through my allocated sessions. I cannot attend for one week due to one of life’s commitments that you face as an adult (car MOT) and they are quick to take your money from you and refuse to refund. I emailed the company 23 hours and 30 minutes before my session after numerous attempts to get through on the phone. All because of a “time stamp” on my email, i haven’t given them adequate notice. They see you as a paying customer before you are seen as a client who needs help. I have lost all faith in the company and it is truly a shame because my counsellor Tanya was fantastic. I will not be returning for the remaining sessions because I now know that all these people seem to care about is taking money from people who need help and not the physical and mental well-being of their clients. EDIT FOLLOWING THE BELOW REPLY FROM THE OWNER: regardless of whether you are a company or charity, I am still charged for services therefore making it a business providing services. If you read through all of my email correspondence with your company you will see how it was handled. Not very professionally at all!

Popped here for the first massage of my life and it was an incredible experience. I booked with Ali and had no idea what to expect but was put at ease very quickly. Friendly, clean environment and very bright and modern considering it's on the lower ground floor. I had a little difficulty finding it, but look out for their sign just by their staircase down - it isn't big, bright and flashy like some of the more distracting signs on that street. Parking is general Leeds City Centre parking vis paid meter or the "Ring Go" app. No card payments so bear that in mind. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Phoenix for around 6 weeks on a weekly basis. All I can say is “ THEY ARE AMAZING !!”. I’ve had deep tissue massages and reflexology from Gail and the difference in a few short weeks is immense. I feel like a different woman. Rachel, the reception manager is so so lovely and all the staff I’ve come into contact with always say hello and talk to you. I look forward to my weekly session and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. Keep up the fab work guys, you are true angels and in my opinion life changers !!!!!
