I cannot recommend Aimee highly enough! Having never been to physiotherapy before I was initially quite apprehensive, but Aimee immediately put me at ease. She is an incredible listener who approaches my every concern with sensitivity and care. Over the last 3x years Aimee has successfully treated me for multiple injuries and niggles with highly effective, tailored solutions. Her deep tissue sports massages are also fantastic! After working with Aimee, I will never go to anyone else as she is super fun to spend time with and is genuinely amazing at what she does :)

I had never had physio before my sessions with Aimee, but plenty of friends had. By description of my experience was quite different. Aimee is extremely communicative, can off the top of her head remember some odd and left field diagnosis, she’s friendly as hell and someone you would want to spend time with outside of Physio. 100% recommend Aimee.

Aimee is a vibe! I’ve been seeing her for deep tissue massages, and the level of care and expertise she brings is exceptional. She asks insightful, relevant questions that really help identify the root of problem areas, and she explains everything clearly so you actually understand what’s going on in your body. She also provides practical exercises and advice to help prevent it from recurring. I have been following those and it has made my lower body sessions so much more pain free. She consistently checks in during the session to make sure the pressure and focus areas are right, which makes the treatment very effective. Her warm and contagious personality never goes unnoticed and makes every session enjoyable. She creates a relaxed, friendly environment. I would highly recommend her.

Move With Aims is brilliant. I went in struggling to walk and left with significantly more mobility and an action plan that has continued to help me improve even weeks after. Aims is very easy to talk to and is exceptionally knowledgable. I would highly recommend booking in for any issues!

Aimee has been my go to physio for the last 3 years. She’s never not been incredibly friendly, supportive and exceptionally able to provide an inclusive environment for her neurodivergent clients. I’ve had several bad experiences with physios that haven’t cared, just wanted to tick the box to say they’d seen me and get me to pay extortionate amounts for massages that haven’t been necessary. Whereas Aimee has treated a chronic shoulder issue that 4 other physios misdiagnosed; she’s got rid of a month of chronic headaches with one massage; she’s diagnosed hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome which has explained so many other challenges I’ve had. As a personal trainer I have never met someone in the fitness industry as dedicated to their clients as Aimee, I cannot recommend highly enough!

I can’t recommend Aimee enough! After seeing multiple physios with no answers, Aimee was recommended to me. She made me feel listened to, understood, and validated. She creates a safe, understanding atmosphere whilst also clearly knowing her stuff and working to diagnose the issue. She continued with aftercare and exercises to support my recovery, not just by telling me what to do, but by taking the time to go through everything with me, seeing how my body responded, and adjusting things to suit me. I never felt left in the dark or unsupported, she was so reassuring and made me feel like my body wasn’t broken! She really helped me to understand hypermobility and my body's reaction to injury better as well as working to fix it and making me laugh throughout the process! She’s been amazing and continues to check in and support me. I’m super grateful for her and all the kneehab! Thank you for all the help and being so passionate about what you do!!!
