Medplus is the worst team you can deal with. Staff are so rude (two people only), unprofessional, obstructive and they have no clue in anything. If I can put zero star, I would have.. They asked me to do 2 PCR tests at the same time, once for day 2 and the other one for travel away. How on earth this is posssible?? I have asked all officials in airport and they said it is ridiculous to put for 2 PCR done at the same time for 2 different purposes. They just want to earn more money of course. Timings, dates and appointments are so fake. AVOID BIG TIME

Very rude and incompetent. 1 star classification is for how good they are to take payments. Booked my tests (day 2, 5 - test to release and 8) online as a home kit - website information regarding to how long should the client wait for the results not evident or explicit, even at payment time. Spent around 400 pounds, and after I paid , offered me in lab test and result on the same day. But I would have to pay an extra 100 pounds! I declined this because they told me I would receive the results in 48 hours with the one I bought previously. As I was working on Monday and results would take 48 hours to come back , it would be reasonable for me to wait. However, on Thursday I called them to ask about my result. The advisor not only did not asked me which was the book reference number to search the result, but also was very rude and only worried to say that the rules are the same for every one, 48 hours counts only after the sample is received in the lab and that I was not different from other costumers and it will not be different for me. This said, I paid around 110 pounds for day 5 test to release to get out of the quarantine earlier. And I will have to wait until my post (sent on day 5 ) to arrive the lab (24-48 hours) and the lab will give the results in another 48 hours. To add to this incompetent service, they haven’t sent the post bag on the day 5 , which means I had to go the Royal Mail in person , get and pay for the bag without any track number on it, to be able to send my sample. This is just not acceptable, this has made me loose money, caused me anxiety and loose holidays entitlement from my company.

what a joke. I called to ask if they offer their services in my town (their website was not working) and I asked what is the address so I can check on maps if its far for me as I dont have a car now. The operator was extremely rude and he finished with the line "once you find an address call back" and hang up.
